Posting this on this forum because other forums don't get much attention.
Look at STG currently around $2.00! Last week was over $3.00!! The dramatic drop was because of PANIC selling. This stock will be back over $3.00 in no time.
Why did people sell? First quarter loss but look at the revenue increase and still forcasting EBITDA of $11 million which is a 27.9% increase year over year!
For the first quarter of 2004, Stonepath reported total revenue of $60.5 million, up from $38.6 million for the same prior year period, an increase of $21.9 million or 56.9%. The Company reported a net loss of .02 per share.
Even acounting for the .02 loss per share this quarter the last 4 quarters have earnings of .17! The PE should be AT LEAST 20 (forcastng 27.9% growth in earning)!
IMO STOCK WAY UNDER VALUED!! I just bought 1500 shares.

I bought 1500 today! Lets break down the earnings report-
NEGATIVE Lost .02 per share
Year-over-year margin compression
POSITIVE Same-store revenue growth, which was up $13.6 million, or 36.3% over the same prior year period.
For the full year, they are increasing their revenue target to the range of $325.0 million from $300.0 million.
Delivered revenue growth of over 55.0% in what is generally recognized in our industry as the slowest quarter of the year.
They are looking for net revenues in the range of $88.0 million. This compares to our previous net revenue target of approximately $87.0 million.
With about 40 million share outstanding and STRONG revenue growth at about $2.00 its a bargain.
Companys executive officer "We were very disappointed to see how the market reacted to our news; however, we will not allow the day-to-day fluctuations of the financial markets to divert us from our primary job of managing the company. We are here to build a business and I believe that those who stay the course will be well rewarded."
People inside the company think it is undervalued. Look for some insider buys at this price!!

They have posted their form 10-Q report of financial condition - I am not qualified to interpret, however would like to hear what this all means - the stock does seem to be reacting well.

IN the earnings report the company said that the share price was way undervalued!!
On 5/7 there were some HUGE insider buys.
*PELINO DENNIS L (Chairman and CEO ) purchased 25000 shares
*CRAIN BOHN H (Chief Financial Officer) purchased 73300 shares
They bought their shares between $1.92 and 2.02.
THIS IS WHY THE STOCK WENT UP AFTER 3:52. This is when the info went public! People insde the company are confident and putting their own money where their mouths are. VERY GOOD SIGN!!
