(the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: SCRH - News) announced today that for the three-month period ended December 31, 2003, the Company had net sales of $343,560, which is 15% higher than internal projections. These net sales produced a net income of $87,118 before income taxes. For the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2003, the Company had net sales of $1,450,420, an increase of $106,449 over the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2002.

Scores Holding Company Announces the Signing Of Its Fourth Licensing Agreement

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2004--Scores Holding Company Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB: SCRH - News) announced today that it's Master Licensee, Entertainment Management Services, Inc., ("EMS"), entered into a Sublicense Agreement with CLUB 2000 EASTERN AVENUE, INC., on February 27, 2004. This Sublicense authorizes CLUB 2000 to use the SCORES BALTIMORE brand name at its adult nightclub located at 2000 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. CLUB 2000 will pay royalties to EMS equal to 4.99% of the gross revenues earned at that location, or $1,000 a week, whichever is greater. All of these royalties will be paid by EMS to the Company under the EMS Master License Agreement which grants to EMS the exclusive worldwide license to use and grant sublicenses to use the "SCORES" trademarks in connection with the ownership and operation of upscale adult entertainment nightclubs.
The signing of this sublicense with CLUB 2000 is the fourth such agreement that authorizes the use of the "SCORES" brand name. NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2004--Scores Holding Company Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: SCRH - News) announced today that for the year ended December 31, 2003 the Company had revenues of $1,450,420, an increase of $106,449 compared to $1,343,971 for 2002. The increase in revenues was attributed to license fees generated from sublicense agreements with SCORES SHOWROOM and SCORES CHICAGO. We incurred general and administrative expenses of $1,260,605 for 2003, compared to $2,315,722 for 2002. The decrease in general and administrative expenses was primarily attributable to legal, consulting, rent and salary expense reductions because of our across the board cost cutting and the divestiture of GO WEST Entertainment. For 2003 we had a net loss of $99,804, or $.02 per share compared to $2,945,996, or $.96 per share, for 2002.
