Some personal comments on those items I have selected to share.
Trouble with the IRS is a negative regardless of time frame. Ibiz has attracted the attention of the IRS in a negative fashion, suggesting the IRS will have a negative attitude.
Ibiz fails to provide details on a lawsuit nor do they indicate setting aside cash reserves for possible judgement costs. Concealing this type of information is not customary.
Officer bonuses during a period of extreme losses is highly inappropriate and suspect.

It is important for a reader to understand this is legal book cooking. Actual losses for the year 2003 are in excess of seven-million, a significant increase in reality, compared to their claim of a decrease in losses.
This type of legal book cooking carries over in all accounting. Numbers presented do not reflect reality but rather are enhanced by claiming investor losses as a gross profit.
Legal book cooking is very common. Almost all companies do this. Readers should be aware of this practice of making numbers look better through cooking the books.
Final comment is Ibiz has confirmed dilution of value and has confirmed dilution of value will continue for the next month or two, which is supported by a lack of revenue and no releases by Ibiz indicating revenues.

Ariz, complaint filed Feb. 28, 2001) - The SEC alleges that Schilling used the Internet to disseminate false revenue and stock price projections for iBIZ Technology Corp., a Florida computer company with headquarters in Arizona. i made this thread so there would be none of this $hit... ppl are entitled to their own opinions.. purlgurl... as an experienced trader u know that people get over emotional in stocks especially OTC.. its all just a matter of how u feel.. i am not doubting the potential of the company... the debt is there and im not sure of the exact figures.. but how many pennies do not have a significant debt.,.. thats why they are pennies... i trade on my opinion of how much potential a stock has... IMO this stock has alot potential and i do see an increase in PPS... they have an amazing breakthrough product with little available competition,,

BTW show me a CEO of a successful company which has not been investigated by the SEC, IRS, or been sued. Before September 2003 who gives a flying F***? And you still have not shown the DD to prove current 25 million of debt.

The IBZT thread has only deteriorated over the past 24 hours all. It is easy to see in this brand new thread, and the previous thread...(which was excellent for weighting positive and negative dd for almost a month)...what name or names are the cause of the deterioration.

Purl Gurl did offer real DD to you, she offered exactly what my gut told me when I called the company and talked to many who worked there under diffeing ospisses.(sp) There is an undercurrent of dishonesty and discontent lurking inside the company. Does this mean you will never see $0.10? No. Does it mean $0.10 will be unearned?...yes. Sorry to say guys, for now the run is over. The game is who sells first for the most. Those who sold at .08 won, those who hold on hoping for .08 a month later lose. I appologize for the vicious nature of the market but it is the game we play.

I may be missing something but where is PG bashing this stock? PG is merely putting out the facts so that everyone can see all sides of this stock. If you wanted to start a PRO-IBZT then why didn't you. From what I see PG has done alot of homework. If PGs sources or statements are incorrect that is different, but it seems that nobody is questioning any of PGs statements so this leads me to believe that they are correct. So I guess since I am a newbie to this I need to be told what bashing is. I think pumping is when you make accusations that can't be backed and bashing is when you are attacking with false statements. Please inform me.

No one said you DID not make money with IBZT, what is being said and backed up with valuable DD is: you should have sold at .08 because the company is incapable of delivering on the next level....yet again I will say this. BE CAREFUL, I see some people who want you to sell your shares then they can buy it at lower prices. You should know this old game. I am new to this board but I have few years of trading behing me so believe me I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.
Concerning Ibzt, this company is not intel nor cisco but in the penny stocks, it is one of the hottest. I have never seen a penny comapny with much attention like IBZT. Does this company has some problems? Yes but it has real products and mainly one of the coolest one in the market the VKB. Imagine the potential market and imagine one second the earnings that Ibzt could show in Q1/04 and Q2/04. Last year the income was around 500k for the whole year. My guess is that in Q1/04, we can reach more than this with the VKB.
In fact, a simple calculation will give you 10.000 VKB * 99.99 $= 990.000$ WOW (10.000 VKB for the quarter is not a big number at all). In this case, the 0.1 is in the pocket in less than 2 months and the 0.25 is not far.

This thread well exemplifies a person cannot adhere to the spirit of All Stocks without suffering personal attacks and overt attempts at silencing honest voices through false complaints and urging of others to engage in such unethical activities.
