Some good ideas here.Though I think it would be a little more friendly to allow the user to rate themself. Then once they consider themself to be at a level beyond (NOVICE) then open it up to user rating.
So when someone joins the board they are assumed to be a NOVICE trader. If they upgrade their status to EXPERIENCED. Then users could rate them.
The stock info would be GREAT!
