Is anyone long onthis stock? It seems to have some nice upward swings every 1-2 years. It has been very low for a long time now. Could it be gearing up for one of its major swings higher?
71m O/S 20m Float
Looks like they have never had a reverse split which is rare for stocks trading in the pennies.
Well, I'm in and I'm going to hold for a while to see what happens. They look like a solid company, they haven't dilluted their shares. And they have shown in the past their ability to move towards the 2$ range. I dont want to be on the sidelines for this if it begins to mone higher.

added a large position myself. the downward momentum is gone and ony buyers remain. Very few sales or buys today like nobody was home. The M&M's have picked up their due.. It just needs a good PR and people push this up quick. Also this was one of Mr. Mulletts picks for last week, just need a little time for good news Same with TFCT!!!@

We are about to see the last of the cds come down the pipe!!!! 9 cd holders filed on the 11th....lets see what happens.
Hopefully we'll be getting a PR in the nxt couple of weeks - or sooner preferably, saying all debt has now been retired. Followed by one telling about his new partnerships and where the company plans on going now and in the future. I have a sell order in at .063 (a little over double my money) and will trade it up and down if there's enough volume.

Posted this on a diff thread, but wasn't getting much attn. Thought this was more appropriate place.
I'm continuing to accumulate UVCL in the .024 range. Sold my IMTO on the spike today (nice news btw).
UVCL should be filing it's 10-QSB Quarterly report quite soon (probably end of month) Hopefully in this next week. The number is (800) 765-2355 Ext-8158.
I couldn't get ahold of them today, but maybe they'll return my voicemail.
"For the nine months ended 9/30/03, revenues rose 32% to $854 thousand. Net loss fell 66% to $220 thousand. Results reflect an increase in customer base, and decreased interest expense."
Just a little more "push" will make the MACD line cross.
Would love to pick up some more shares. Am intrested in other DD.

Delt - If it gets there I will try and TRADE it, continually trying to sell high, buy back lower (more shares with THEIR money), and TRY to repeat the process. I've been holding since last Sept. - I didn't sell during the run, like I should have - and have learned my lesson. I watch L2, and if I see it keeps upticking, I'll just raise my sell. I can't stand my money sitting dormant like it's been doing since after the Oct. run. If it spiked too high while I was out, yet I still had 100% profit - I won't complain, as I'm still kicking myself for giving back the whole $5000+ I was up when it was .15+ I'd love to quadruple or better my existing position BEFORE the next big run - but as you know, right now we're going nowhere fast....
Good Luck to you and all........

I REALLY need to get this off my chest......
I get email Alerts from Small Cap Ctr. and others every day. Most are very helpful, but the ones from the SUBWAY drive me out of my mind! They also go by CRG (Capital Research Group) and Wall St. something or other. I few people have posted here in the past: "News. We're on Subway!" or something similar. Folks - this is NOT News. There is nothing I hate more than a company that's paid to pump. When I first got into pennies a year and a half or so ago, I got email from them all the time pumping Gateway (GTWY at the time - now GWDL). The stock (the company is a wanna-be MLM co. with almost no distributor base - NOT the computer co.) was at .0001, and could NOT be sold for any price, much like CMKM was up until last week. They kept printing things like "We expect GREAT thing from this company in the near future". Shortly thereafter Gateway did a reverse split and lots of people got hurt.
They try to make themselves sound legitimate by putting a co. like Pfizer or Microsoft or Walmart in the mix with THEIR analysis. Like today, they have a company in the mix and rate it 'Underperform' (CPWR) so newbies will think they are a legitimate reporting company. They have us, UVCL at "MArket Perform"! LOL - but NOT funny. They've been written up on StockPAtrol dot com, and I myself have called their Charles Tamburello butnever had a call returned of course.
Sorry for venting - but this is as bad to me as the MMs getting another month + to short us. I'm all for 'free speech' but when it simply is not true - it's not right and something should be done about it. But the fact that they call us a "Hot Stock to Watch" galls me. What's the difference between them and that kid Jonathan LeBed that made $800,000 when he was 15 by posting FALSE messages all over different message boards? Here's today's email:

This stock has a tendancy to go into lull's where it doesnt do much for a couple months. Then out of the blue, it will explode. I have no doubts that this could run over 1$ gain. It has happened several times, and I will hold my 200k until it does it again. I will probably add more to my position on monday. I will use those shares to sell at a lower price between .15-.50
It might seem like wishfull thinking, but its only a matter of time, and I have other positions that I trade regularly, that tend to move more often then UVCL, that I can day trade. If i have to hold UVCL for 6-12 months before it takes off again, so be it. If it can run to 1.50 after a year of holding it, I will take the 60x my money.lol
According to the T/A, there are now 87mm O/S (87mm - 71mm = 16mm shares) added since previous 10Q
16mm X (apprx .03 per share) = $480,000
Convertible Debentures $474,427 (according to last 10Q)
According to Nasdaq.com there have been 11 filings with DIVINE CAPITAL MARKETS LLC for roughly the same amount. ($20,000 at current pps) representing over $200K
I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that some ...if not all of the 144's filed in the last month have been CD's , especially following the last press release and taking into account recent volume in late January where the pps remained virtually unchanged and yet over 20mm shares traded hands.
I doubt that Sean would be signing with the second largest wireless telecom carrier in Europe if he was about to go under. If this company was going to tank he would have been issuing a shtload of damage control PR's and signing with "Billy Bob's Fly by Night GSM Services"
Despite his blatent disregard for common stock shareholders, I still believe that Sean hasn't played all his cards just yet. And remember that it is already COMMON KNOWLEDGE that the 4Q numbers will be lackluster. This is NOT a secret to anyone taking the time to read the 10Q's

Well its obvious Sean Fulda isnt going to do squat for the shareholders...so lets at least get an artificial MM induced spike for the love of God....this is total BS walking this down below .03
If Sean had a pair of balls we would have settled well above .05 and been on the way back up by now
I think the wait is almost over...UVCL is going to gets its turn with the MM's when they get bored enough.

I JUST talked to Transfer Agent. The OS is still 87,612, 882. They don't have the float, nor do they have any CD info. We have no idea what's going on - and anything we say or think is just supposition. Time will tell.
FYI: TA is:
Corp. Stock Transfer of Denver, CO Ph: 303-282-4800
From what I see, we're down on extremely low volume.

I rode this down from .02 to .01 in Oct; and 5 days later we were at .17 with NO news. I'm NOT saying at ALL that this will happen again. Back then the fundamentals of this company looked very solid and promising. Now we don't know WHAT they are.
Sean - we NEED TO KNOW what is going on with the company....
Good Luck to us all, Steve

Thanks Steve. I'm still watching this one closely. I was in at one point, but sold to add to another position.
I'm a little bit worried about the 10Q. I know the price may already reflect the expected bad numbers, but I'm waiting to reenter at this point.

I have seen the O/S at many places. Where do you get the FLOAT information?

On February 12, 2004, our auditors, Chisholm & Associates, notified us that the operations of Chisholm & Associates have been merged with the operations of Bierwolf, Nilson & Associates to continue both firms’ CPA practice through a newly organized firm, Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson, LLC.
The independent auditor's report of Chisholm & Associates on our financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2002 did not contain an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion, and was not modified as to audit scope or accounting principles. That report included an explanatory paragraph stating that we have suffered recurring losses from operations and are dependent on financing to continue operations, which raises substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
During our two most recent fiscal years and through the date of the change in auditors, the Company did not, to the knowledge of present management, have any disagreements with Chisholm & Associates on any matter of accounting principles or practice, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which if not resolved to the satisfaction of Chisholm & Associates would have caused it to make reference to the subject matter thereof in connection with its independent auditor's report.
