I guess it would be long term because there is a downtrend going on since October 2003. However this downtrend has not fallen below what I see as the last LOW of the uptrend.

If someone w/ more experiance would look at it I would appreciate it.

Conf. Call had NOT been announced. Has been promised since Dec.

10K is due as I write this, and has to be filed unless he (Sean - CEO) files for an extention. None of us who have held this stock 3 months or more are expecting ANYTHING good from 10K. Co. has been stagnant since November, and should be in the red. This "Pump" may be a perfectly timed 'Escape Hatch'!! Be careful as to how you play this. Who knows - maybe something leaked about the CDs being all converted and dumped - and there IS good news about the future- AGAIN - jmo - I know of NOTHING concrete. Just an experience UVCL school of hard knocks shareholder. Seen almost everything with this stock since Sept.

Just be careful - Some RB morons are pumping it EVERYWHERE. THAT didn't happen in Oct. - or at least I don't remember a lot of pumping - the run came out of nowhere when we were at .01 (Yeah - I was down 50% then - LOL. By not selling at .17 I essentially gave back $8500 very quickly...) I won't make that mistake ever again. I bet you're a lot more careful now two, eh ct???

I also had an interest in renting a phone from them. I normally go on a crusade to Ghana (West Africa) each year. I thought it might be good to have a satelite phone with me.

The person I spoke with said they do not rent satelite phones any longer. Even though much of the area in Ghana I am SURE would not have CELL coverage, I asked about that.

60.00 would get me a cell phone for two weeks. This would include the shipping. (15 shipping, 25 first week, 20 second week. I am rounding numbers.) Then I would be responsible for the per min. charges. In Ghana something like 2.00 inbound 3.00 outbound. OK.. So where will I have coverage in the country? She directed me to a website that she said I could see a coverage map. (www.o2.com) Though I could never find information about Ghana. I could not even find information about Africa. Perhaps I am not surfing their site properly.

I have liked UVCL for some time now. Though my confidence is shaking. Perhaps because of the person I spoke with. The many trips to voice mail or the fact that it is down for me now 42%.

I hope the call that I can not seem to find out when it will be happening, is soon. I hope they have loads of information that is good for UVCL. I hope I find out about it before it happens.

The call was no major surprises.

I do think that there is more negitivity "built in" to the curent price than what the 10K will show.

Even though revenue may be down, some of the numbers will look much better than expected in my opinion.

Next few months should tell what is going to happen I think.

They have enough cash to stay going for a while from what I understand. Sean also seems to be motivated to make it work. He seems to want the company to survive. Not to mention the 22,000,000 shares he has.
