San West's partner: Since its inception -- approximately 43 months ago -- CountyImports.com's e-commerce platform has logged unaudited revenues of approximately $6,733,687 on sales of 8,960 units. This equates to an average sales transaction of approximately $751.53. CountyImports.com is also a very efficient sales/marketing machine, with every advertising $0.75 attracting $10 in sales.

"We hold our partnership with CountyImports.com in the highest regard and it has exceeded our quite lofty original expectations by every conceivable metric since its inception during the Summer of 2009. San West continues to experience substantial growth in online sales and we are very excited about what the Spring and Summer seasons hold for our business as participation in off-road recreational sports ramps up," commented Frank Drechsler, San West Inc. Chief Executive Officer.

SNWT is mirroring the run it witnessed last year when share prices surged from less than one cent to a 52-week high of $1.71 in October ($0.35 split adjusted).

Currently, the symbol is displaying a strengthening shareholder base and what appears to be the beginning stages of a move to the upside.

SNWT forward-looking sales and profit guidance News out:
San West Inc. Expects More Than $2 Million in Online Sales and $650,000 in Gross Profits for Spring/Summer Season
SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/18/10 --

San West Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT), an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of off-road buggies, today released forward-looking sales and profit guidance for its e-commerce business during the 2010 Spring and Summer season.

Based on order patterns, increasing traffic and the success of search engine optimization and other marketing strategies, management expects to generate gross profits of at least $650,000 on net sales of approximately $2.1 million between January 1 and August 15, 2010. The company also anticipates logging 1,000 new customer sign-ups and more than 1,100 sales orders during this time-frame. This projection represents a significant increase over previously announced online revenue forecasts for Spring 2010 of approximately $450,000.

Industry Leader Added to San West Board of Directors

San West's partnership with CountyImports.com continues to drive e-commerce sales to unprecedented heights and management is pleased to announce the appointment of Jesse Gonzales -- founder and president of CountyImports.com -- to its board of directors effective immediately. Mr. Gonzales is responsible for quickly transforming CountyImports.com into the second largest online dealer of off-road recreational vehicles (ORVs) in the United States with annual revenues exceeding $3 million and more than 25,000 customers. He has deep roots in both the motor-sports and e-commerce sectors and is directly responsible for the sales of over 50,000 affordable ATVs, Gas Scooters, Go Karts and Dirt bikes since 2004, a milestone achieved by very few individuals to date. Jesse is also deeply experienced in the online distribution of affordable family motor-sports goods from the Chinese import market, a key strategic focus for San West.

Mr. Gonzales has been involved with online sales since the late 1990s, when he began learning the intricacies and nuances of eBay and developing winning strategies through trial and error. He has personally designed seven fully integrated e-commerce websites to date. All are equipped with shopping-cart, back-end fulfillment, and educational functionality and predicated on the concept of making the online shopping process equally personal as the in-store shopping process.

Mr. Gonzales also served as national sales manager for Patriot Motor Corporation -- a leading ORV distributor in the Western United States -- between 2004 and 2006. During this time, he was mentored by motor-sports industry legends including former Indy car driver and owner Dick Simon; Jim White, former driver of Funny Car Racing's "Hawaiian Punch" team; as well as key members of the executive team, Victory Motorcycles.

"On behalf of the entire San West family, I would like to welcome to Jesse Gonzales to our Board of Directors," commented Frank Drechsler, Chief Executive Officer of San West. "His unique skill set and deep industry contacts have enabled him to build a leading online retailer in CountyImports.com, which has become a key focus of our company and presents a plethora of growth opportunities for San West going forward. Jesse's strong business acumen and deep understanding of both e-commerce and the off-road sector make him an invaluable asset to our organization and we are eager to leverage his operational capabilities and insight as we push forward with aggressive growth initiatives."

Another key factor behind management's Spring/Summer online revenue forecast is the significant growth in online sales exhibited during the first six weeks of 2010. While January Internet sales exhibit a marked increase over January 2009, online revenues for the first two weeks of February 2010 are already up more than 35% over the corresponding period of 2009.

"I'm excited to announce that online sales are currently exhibiting a significant increase over what CountyImports.com logged during 2009, prior to the launch of our new scooter offering, which is expected to become a substantial new revenue stream for San West Inc.," Mr. Drechsler added. "Our Internet sales continue to improve by almost every conceivable metric. Moreover, the general consensus amongst our peer group is that market trends are improving and consumer demand for ORVs is finally strengthening after a period of prolonged instability. Due to these facts and our confidence in our relationship with CountyImports.com, we expect stellar online sales to continue through the Spring/Summer season, which is typically the busiest for CountyImports.com."

San West Inc. Bolsters Online Presence With Website Enhancements and Paid Advertising Overhaul
SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/04/10 --

San West Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT) an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of off-road buggies, today announced improvements to both the design and functionality of its partner site, http://www.CountyImports.com that are expected to drive sales and profitability going forward.

San West President and CEO Frank Drechsler commented, "We remain focused on enhancing the user experience for our customers in an ongoing effort to bolster our position as the one-stop destination for all things related to the off-road vehicle (ORV) market. CountyImports.com is the second-largest ORV dealer online and we expect to become no. 1 with regard to natural web traffic in the very near future. Our goal is to provide robust content, a personalized shopping experience, and a full featured website so we can secure additional market share and grow online sales."

Website Development Project: San West and its partner site, www.CountyImports.com, recently consummated an ongoing website enhancement partnership with local developer http://www.distantcloseup.com, designed to deploy continuous upgrades to every aspect of the site including its aesthetics, interactive features and efficiency. Core objectives of the project include personalizing and optimizing the consumer shopping experience and making the website more appealing to its target demographic.

Keyword Marketing Overhaul: www.CountyImports.com is also in the process of conducting a major online advertising overhaul highlighted by the expansion of its Internet keyword portfolio from 1,000 to 17,000 search terms. This strategy is already resulting in higher daily sales volume and is expected to drive a 50% reduction in overall online advertising costs by improving the website's organic traffic -- typically referred to as "natural" or "type-in" traffic. This is expected to result in reduced reliance on pay-per-click advertising and provide San West Inc. with approximately $725 in free advertising per day.

Mr. Drecshler added, "The website already attracts roughly 60,000 visitors per month and gains $10 in sales for every $0.75 spent on advertising. We expect web traffic to more than triple by this Summer and are already experiencing a substantial improvement to advertising efficiency as a direct result of our ongoing web development project and paid advertising overhaul. The impact of both strategic maneuvers has exceeded our lofty initial expectations and I look forward to updating the public about future improvements made to our online business."

San West Inc. and CountyImports.com Reduce Paid Advertising Costs by 37%; Become Leaders in "Natural" Web Traffic

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire)
03/10/10
San West Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT), an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of off-road buggies, is pleased to announce significant improvements to a number of key business metrics pertaining to efficiency of the online advertising strategy employed by partner website, www.CountyImports.com.

The keyword marketing overhaul campaign, launched in early February and announced March 4, 2010, has rapidly transformed www.CountyImports.com into the leading online off-road vehicle (ORV) dealer with regard to "natural" or "organic" web traffic. "Natural web traffic" is a term used in reference to unpaid high ranking results on search engines. This 1,000-plus hour effort is driving a record flow of free, highly-targeted web traffic to the website, and in turn facilitating a 37% decrease in overall online advertising costs compared to both 2008 and 2009, the two most lucrative years in the website's history.

"Thanks to the constant optimizing of CountyImports.com, one word at a time, over the past year, we are now experiencing record web traffic as advertising spending declines to near all-time lows," said Frank Drechsler, President and CEO of San West Inc. "Our closest competitors continue to spend exorbitantly on pay-per-click and other expensive advertising campaigns to drive low-value traffic, while by comparison, our position as the top natural traffic ORV dealer and the one-stop-shop destination for off-road vehicles represents a key strategic advantage and continues to move our business model away from paid advertising. We now spend $0.24 per click versus approximately $0.42 during 2008 and 2009. Overall paid advertising costs continue to plummet and we expect to achieve our objective of a 50% reduction in the coming months. We are ecstatic about the initial results of our ongoing optimization campaign and would like to express our gratitude to CountyImports.com personnel for all of the time and hard work that went into making it a success."

Mr. Drechsler added, "The website already attracts more than 60,000 visitors per month, a figure that we expect to grow to approximately 135,000 over the near-term as we continue to optimize our website and our marketing strategies."

San West and CountyImports.com Announce 23% Sales Increase for Motorized Scooters

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire)
03/11/10
San West Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT) an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of off-road buggies, announced today that motorized scooter sales generated by its partner website, www.CountyImports.com, have increased approximately 23% for the first two months of 2010 compared to the same period last year.

Management expects this segment of its business to continue to grow substantially as the Spring/Summer ORV season progresses. The Company also announced that the average sale price for scooters sold by www.CountyImports.com is up 24.5% compared to 2009 figures as consumers select higher-end scooters and those with additional features.

"Warmer Spring weather and an improving economy appears to be driving increased sales of our off road vehicles, most notably motorized scooters," commented Jesse Gonzalez, president of CountyImports.com. "Not only are scooter sales growing considerably on a unit basis, but customers are spending more on each vehicle, part and accessory than ever before. This trend provides us with increasing optimism about what the Spring/Summer season holds. It's also a strong indicator that consumers have finally recovered from the recent economic downturn and are ready to enjoy hobbies and outdoor activities."

Mr. Gonzalez added, "Due the perfect storm of positive trends currently impacting our business, we expect to log our largest historical sales increase for motorized scooters over the next 30 days. ORV season is shifting into high gear and we are receiving extremely positive initial feedback for our new product releases, which we plan to announce in the coming weeks. In addition, continued improvements to our website are making it more attractive and easier for consumers to find. By attracting a larger flow of highly-targeted web traffic, we've been able to increase the average order size considerably and expect this trend to continue as both off-road season and our web development campaign progress."

Frank Drechsler, President and CEO of San West Inc., added, "The overarching trend towards increased consumer spending on ORVs and related goods is driving scooter sales to record levels. We plan to continue to leverage our position as the No. 2 online ORV dealer in order to capitalize on market growth and aggressively target new opportunities that hold the potential to boost sales and help our business gain share from competitors."
