Seamless Technology Inc. e-Learning Subsidiary Begins New Fiscal Year With $500k in Orders Tuesday January 24, 9:00 am ET
Orders for e-Learning Services and Products Strong as Company Kicks Off Annual Sales Cycle
MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 24, 2006 -- Seamless Technology Inc. (Other OTC:SLSX.PK - News) (www.seamlesstech.com) today announced that sales orders for its subsidiary, Pinneast.com, Inc. (www.pinneast.com), are the strongest in its history as the company begins its new fiscal year. By mid-January the total of orders placed in late 2005 and early 2006 will already generate over $500,000 in revenues. In addition, the company has qualified pricing proposals to over a half-dozen clients totaling over $350,000 in additional revenues. ADVERTISEMENT
According to their President, Brian Popken, "Pinneast has started 2006 in a very strong position. The amount of existing orders combined with new sales that we expect to close as a result of our proposals will put us well on the way towards meeting our 2006 sales objective of over $2 million in revenues. This is nearly double our 2005 sales, but it is a goal that is achievable with such a strong start. Furthermore, we are introducing new initiatives and relationships that could greatly enhance our revenue potential in 2006, which have not been included in our annual projections."
The Company had previously announced that it was selected as part of a defense contractor team for the United States Army's Distributed Learning Education and Training Products (DLETP) program. Popken continued, "We are also very excited about the strong partnerships we have built and the new opportunities they bring. As an example, we plan to leverage our contracts such as the DLETP program, and build on our sales momentum. Similar contracts with the Army in the past generated nearly $3 million in revenues for Pinneast over their contract lives."

It presently owns two established technology companies with excellent industry name recognition and reputations. SLSX has 18,172,000 common shares outstanding with 2,000,000 shares in the float. Seamless Technology is generating an enormous amount of revenue for a company in this price range. The Company, without considering acquisitions and other substantial projects under negotiation, is projected to increase gross revenues to $4,065,000 in 2006 and $4,873,000 in 2007. Just got off phone with company, Company says that they are planning on going to OTCBB as they meet all requirements already. I would need to talk to CEO to find out how soon, or when.

Questin for you since your well known around here.
What does it mean when the float is almost the same number as the O/S's ?
float is how many shares are available in the market place. Not being held by insiders etc.
If the float is the same as the OS it would show that there are not many insiders holding that many shares. Normally insiders will retain a majority of shares.

"SLSX expects to file its Form 10 to become a reporting company during the first quarter of 2006, and immediately apply for a Nasdaq listing. It anticipates a listing on Nasdaq in the second quarter of 2006."

lol, I hate to say--Keith'll call me a bidwhacker...
Actually, I went for the ask, and they filled me at a penny less. Kinda weird, too--on my first try? said my price was "too far away" from the range...of course, they're also showing I'm already 30% up, too
How 'bout you, Cruz?
