LVSG went from high .02's to low .03's so far, ran to mid 3s and is on a dip, here we go its on its way up some while im typing, anyways a buy at or under .04 is set becuase myself and others are gobbling it up under .08. do the DD on this gem and check it out, over .20 is possible and WILL be done!! FWIW...Same individual who days ago predicted Thursdays' action and news, giving me ample time to get in @ .02 - is saying this is a 2-3 week play, with HUGE buying coming in a week or so. They've taken me this far, i'm holding for much more now.

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 20, 2005 -- LIVESTAR Entertainment Group Inc. ("LIVESTAR" or the "Company") (OTC BB:LVSG.OB - News) today provides clarification on its recent Form RW filing made with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 18, 2005. The de-registration of the 4,990,000,000 S-8 common shares was accomplished by its S-8 POS filing filed January 6, 2005. Those shares are no longer available to be issued by the Company.
The initial filing on January 3, 2005 to execute the de-registration was filed under the wrong form type called a POS AM. Because of this, the Company's attorney's promptly filed the de-registration under the correct form type as per the above mentioned S-8 POS. The use of the wrong form type was a mistake made by the Company's EDGAR filing agent. In order to fully complete the correction, the RW form was filed to cancel out the mistake of the POS AM.
