usually? a 13G is used to simply report that an institutional entity has over 5% control of a co's stock... this is a 13g/A the A meaning ammended...
without reading thru all their filing? i can't tell what the implication is...
13g's and D's (for individuals) are usually filed to demonstrate the right to vote on a decision at a meeting... any entity owning over 5% must file..
since this filing shows less than 5%? and i don't have time to read several pages of filings? my guess is that this is an ammendment to show a DROP in oppenheimers holding? GUESS ONLY...
they could be notifying of an intent to acquire more.. if you are heavy in SIRI? you should read thru their filings..
