I felt the need to start a new thread for SSTY - Sure Trace Security Corporation 2006 !!!
As 2005 comes to a close real soon, 2006 will mark a new beginning, a new chapter, if you will, for SSTY.
I know it's been an up and down hill ride for all SSTY shareholders this last month and I would like to personally thank all of you for all your support you've given to the company and to me as well!
I'm asking everybody who own shares of SSTY to continue to be patient as 2006 is right around the corner from us where unlimited possibilities CAN and WILL happen with SSTY. We've all seen the recent press releases and video releases from the Chairman himself, James MacKay and nothing but positive and great news for SSTY is in store for the entire year of 2006 and there after as SSTY will soon be listed on the OTCBB! I'm sure SSTY is working real hard right now in getting their papers in order to be filed with the SEC so they can be listed on the OTCBB either by very late December or sometime in January.
In closing, I am very optimistic with SSTY and I'm very excited for their future and our future as owners of the company. Can SSTY be as big and successful as MSFT, EBAY, IBM or GE one day? I say yes! It might be awhile for it to happen but I believe the possibilities for this company are endless. SSTY is the world leader in their industry!
If you haven't checked out Sure Trace Security Corporation's website and their joint venture partner's websites, check them out RIGHT NOW!

I need this stock to go up. Any one know if the marked is going to holiday hours on Friday or Monday or is it going to be business as usual?

DWE, you should be able to use those unsettled funds to buy again as long as you do not sell before they are settled. I have done that with Scottrade plenty of times before. You can buy, but just not sell. I still got my order in for another 1 mil. Hoping it gets filled.

That's the problem with Charles Schwab. When I attempt to place a trade without sufficient settled funds for penny stocks, the order is automatically cancelled. If I decide to buy a large cap stock, then the order goes through. I've already been through 2 trading restrictions with Charles Schwab where I had to call them to have it fixed. I wonder if it's like 3 strikes, you're out. Planning to switch to Scottrade soon.

Another problem with Schwab is, the maximum amount of shares you can purchase each time is 999,999. So if I wanted 10 million shares of a certain company, I would need to pay $9.95 ten times for a total of $99.50 in commission fees alone. Schwab is great for large cap stock trading but is pretty lousy for penny stocks. Been with Schwab since 1996. I guess I'm just use to their website platform. Need to switch soon.

Kane31..... Do you call Scottrade to place a trade with a company that has no ask/bid price? And how much extra is it to place a trade by calling versus placing a trade online?

Trading on line is $7, having to call cost $27 I think. Yea, i have to call when no ask/bid or if I have unsettled funds and want to buy a stock.

I just got off the phone with a Schwab representative and he told me that a trading restriction was placed on my account last month for violating a trading policy and that's why I can't buy any shares unless my funds have been settled. The bad part is, the restriction will be lifted on February of 2006! This is just as bad as working for someone and having your boss giving you a written warning.

Can you place a trade just once if you wanted to purchase 10 million shares and still pay $7.00?
it's $7 plus 1/2 percent of the total that you spend. You can buy as many as you want but you probably won't get them all at once. Mine usually come to me in several buys over the day. You only pay the $7 once though. If you do a broker buy you can ask to have all the shares bought at once. I'm still learning about it as I go so I think all the information is still correct.

If your violation was for free-riding and this is your first offense, you can request for them to pardon you. I believe they have to excuse you on your first offense.

This is my second offense. I feel like a felon now. If I recall, which I really don't, they did pardon me the first time. Maybe I should call President Bush for a pardon.

If you always trade using your margin account, you'll never have a problem... just make sure you know how to use margin. If you only use margin to the exent that you have cash, you should be ok.

Well..... Looks like I got my wish for today. SSTY breaks even today at the closing bell. Not good, not bad but no loss and that's all it matters for now. Until tomorrow.....

DWE, are you preparing yourself for the markets to be closed on Monday. I'm going to feel your pain. I'll be at work and won't have anything to do. I can only look at yahoo so long before I've read everything.

I'm not too worried about that. I still believe in holding SSTY for awhile. I've got 10 other stocks to make up for any losses unless, they're all in the red zone. Otherwise, today was a good day overall for me.

Hybernation is the key to success. If there was a pill that could make me sleep through December and wake up in January, I'd do it in a split second. Anyone know where I can get one of those pills?

I'm a supervisor over 2 facilities for Dell outbound sending by ups. I book, track, make phone calls and monitor about 150 people. I have the stress of dealing with the drivers not delivering on time. At this point, I think I would rather be out delivering.
