Doing DD, Im seeing that the stock gets bashed pretty hard around here.
The reverse splits that PCCE pulled in the past burnt a lot of you, and if the same thing happened to me I'd be pissed off too.
but how often can a company reverse split?
It seems to me that PCCE had all the R splits in the past to pay off that huge debt recently and do the recent acquisition that will be announced tuesday.
Hence the R splits demolished the stock price because it killed past investors. People were convinced they'd get burnt.
Im thinking that PCCE will not reverse split anytime soon. Especially seeing how bad it demolished their future stock value.
They finally realized how important it is too be honest and pay down debt.
Not gonna R split after the debt paydown and buyout of Maine staffing company. PCCE may even come out next week and say that they are finally in a position to rule out any future R splits.
Does anyone think that this thing takes off for at least 6 months?
Im thinking that there is'nt a chance for a R split for at least 6 months considering they just did a split 2 months ago, paid down massive debt, bought a money making company in maine and their credit is in outstanding shape now.
The good credit that PCCE has is the key to me..
Tons of volume at the end of the day today too.

NO. I ONLY BEEN THROUGH 1 R/S WITH THEN, PCCR. DIDN'T GET BURNED BUT IF I CAN REMEMBER, I LOST 9.95 TIMES 2 IN COMMISSION FEES ONLY. THEN IT BECAME PCCN AND 2 MONTHS LATER ANOTHER R/S MADE IT PCCE. My opinion about this stock is different. This compny generates its working capital by selling stocks. Once the number of stock reaches a high number, they do a reverse split. After reverse split, again the same story.

I refuse to waste money on this stock due to their reverse split history. I lost money when it reverse split last time. I wii be buying CWFG, PAIM and INSN. I agree with DWE that PCCE management are crooks and is a BIG SCAM.

I think PCCE reverse split days are over. The news on 3/07/06 should propell this stock higher. On friday there was a spike in volume on the ask side at the end of the day. I think most folks are jumping on anticipating the early ride next week. Look for a couple of positive news release t his week from PCCE BEGINNING MONDAY.

WOW, and they still have stock left! Must be only a couple left after all those splits. They probably pay themselves millions a year and get a raise every year.

Let's be realistic, there is no way they did all those RS if they started with 1,200,000,000,000,000,000,000 shares and RS like you said then there would be one stock left.

PCCE, should take off on the news this week, looking for several PR's. There will be one for sure on 3/07/06 maybe one on monday as well and hope another 1-2 before the week is over, that would definately push this stock up to new highs, I am holding for the BIG ride.

R/S days are over, unfortunately we are left with the stench of past reverse splits. Time will tell and we will be on the road to higher PPS and no debt soon. Looking foward to this week PR for indepth info. on the company.

Thanks to all the reverse splits I went through with PCCE - I have one share and I have very high hopes for it. Perhaps it will be worth a few hundred dollars some day and I'll get some money back. Rather than risk libel, I'll simply say that I feel that they have not been completely honest in their business practices and I find that the RS always comes as soon as it moves back up on these boards... coincidence or pump and dump?

I have an opportunity that was presented to me, that I believe is one of those once in a lifetime opportunities. For one, the o/s count of this company is 5 million shares.This company provides a vast array of services to the health care sector.
Services provided include Employee staffing services both short and long term for Health Care Providers, Employee Savings Plan for health care workers, Outpatient therapy, Medical Malpractice mediation, Billing and administrative services for Health care providers, and a Health Care referral network. There are many other services provided but too many to list. The company works with all types of facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, doctors offices, and other medical centers.
The restructuring of the stock has just taken place, and pps is ready for growth with shareholder value created. In my eyes the reason for the restructuring was because the company did not want to risk a lack of pps market value when they have created shareholder value.In there eyes, it was better to restructure the shares, then to go ahead and begin the process of creating shareholder value to grow pps. The restructuring is done now and the phase of shareholder value has begun.
This company has just closed a deal on a purchase of another health care provider in Massachusetts. Many other acquisitions planned. Goal is to encompass as much of the US with there services. Many more deals planned giving them more market share and profit.
This company has voice mail and at last count 75 employees. You can call the CEO directly and he will answer any questions for you. He is very accessible and hands on.
USXP .0001-.04 in weeks-5 Bill O/S 3.5 Billion daily volume & 5 Million O/S, will create a pps catharsis, You don't have to buy, but watch L2 for a run.

I can only say this about PCCE, when I look at my position standings on scottrade I see that my $3k investment into PCCN is now sitting fat and happy with 15k shares valued at $6. Very smart move on my part so says my wife anyway. Stay clear of PCCE if you want a happy marriage.
