In a separate announcement TTN has established an internal deadline to uplink a 24/7 transmission of sample programming by May 1, 2004 for preview and redistribution by cable headends and DDS companies. We are negotiating with several satellite companies to meet this deadline. As part of the TTN launch marketing strategy, our preview feed will also be redistributed to theaters and hotel conference rooms for companies supported functions to allow potential subscriber availability.

Triangle Multimedia is currently in negotiation for a business combination with a television programming company, which has many years of experience and a seasoned television management and creative staff.

I'm in for 100000 and I hope the company can execute, but the only benefit I see on the Calif. deal is publicity. The marriages are in violation of Calif. laws (that don't leave much room for interpretation as they state that marriage is defined as a union between a man and a woman)passed by the legislature. Now had this been an act of the Calif. supreme court issuing an opinion that the law was unconstitutional in some way then that would be different. As of now they don't have any more of a legal marriage than if you or I said that they could marry. Some day sooner or later the US Supreme court will have to decide once and for all the definition of marriage but, politically it's a rattlesnake so who knows when. Not being ignorant to the value of some publicity, I hope our rocket will take off on it's ability to produce a viable product to this ever expanding market.

i have 8 pink, otcbb stocks on my streamer 7 were red one was flat or even today. so one could imagine there might have been some shorting going on.... thanks nasd when that news came out it was like crap..free money for the right people.. not us

our daily rsi is at 68.54 just under overbought on 2/09 our rsi was at 94.70 with a high that day of .0029. also our one hour intraday rsi is at 44.84 now could be considered nutral.

thursday could be down a point or two. we are going to battle it out in the low .0020's for awhile.
if we can get our daily rsi to the low 60's we will see a much stronger rally and it will be more dramatic next pr....

friday could rally but who the hell really knows right.
if the shorts don't kill us first.
and if it does go down on friday so be it next week could be fun....

PALM SPRINGS -- Triangle Multi-Media Limited Inc., a locally based media company, soared in trading Tuesday following market speculation that the company will soon launch a 24-hour gay and lesbian cable television channel.

On Tuesday, more than 801 million shares changed hands on the Pink Sheets, an obscure stock exchange for sometimes troubled or emerging companies where huge money managers oftentimes trade on fractions of a penny -- as in the case of Triangle Multi-Media.

The company?s stock closed Tuesday at a fraction of a penny, at 0.0024.

Triangle Multi-Media President Frank Olsen, who was not available for immediate comment, has stated previously that he hopes to have a 24-hour transmission of sample programming available by May 1 to be distributed by satellite, and to theaters and hotel conference rooms.

In a Feb. 9 statement, Olsen said that Time Warner Cable television has agreed to make the signal available to any of its local system operators that want to broadcast it.

The company is now getting ready to go to work attracting other companies.

"We?re going to throw sand up in the air and hope the wind catches it," said Olsen. "It?s a slow business and it can take a while for things to catch on, but we think this can work. The cable networks can send the signal to whoever wants it without offending anyone."

Triangle Multi-Media formerly owned and operated two radio stations in Seattle that broadcast gay and lesbian programming.

After selling those stations three years ago, Triangle has concentrated on developing its television venture, the release said.

Olsen said that the company got off to a slow start when it rented too much office space and hired too many employees, but he said he?s sure the network will get off the ground.

According to an article published on the Pink Sheets? Web site, the bulletin board is an outlet for smaller public companies that cannot trade on larger stock exchanges. On a typical trading day, the bulletin board oversees the trading of 300 million shares a day.

A spokesperson with the local Time Warner office in Palm Desert was not immediately available for comment Tuesday.

Another thing that needs to be stated is the importance to the world wide homosexual community. Having a Canadian Gay channel is ok, but who watches Canadian TV? Having a gay TV in europe is almost expected....But Gay TV in The United States?...This will be seen as validation, vindication, retribution for years of peering through closet doors at life abroad.
.0024 is only the begining. Actual widespread knowledge of QBID and their intentions are not yet a reality, give it a month and just dream of the days you could have bought in at .0024
