no prob, I can see this thing making steady gains all the way to $6; November 6th, they are doing a conference call, and putting out their 3rd quarter earnings; estimates, are that they are going to exceed last year's by a good deal, should get a nice pop off of that...

I'm working toward free shares already Jordan; resistance at $7.50 doesn't worry me; it's actually exciting to me if my $1.50 p/s investment even sniffs 7.50; which I think it can; great add price as I type this around 2.54

This one used to be SUNO.OB, Sun Oil and Gas Corp. It was an O/G company, with interest in the Clovelly Prospect in Southern Louisiana.
It died after Katrina wiped southern LA. off the map. They did a 200-1 RS followed by a 20-1 RS, then a reverse merger. I got burned by it big time. Still holding my shares, all 30 of them.... I paid about $19.50 each, price adjusted for the RS's.
New company seems to be on the level, and estimated EPS for this year is .20, well above .04 for last year. I plan to get out soon though, just waiting for the right moment so as to minimize my losses. Had a few chances to get out already with a %50-60 loss, still scratching my head as to why I didn't.

Ck the Vol today , someone just bought 80K!!!! I bought my wife 300 shrs yesterday at 2.93 and am even. I can see this going to $5+ when earnings come out next week. Then I'm selling. And will put some into Petrosearch and Rushnet.

"great flipper" Hi 66, I got in a few hundred shrs at 2.93...so how do you flip. Like if it goes up 50 cents ina rally AM, then you sell some, and buy back at EOD cheaper?

usually buy one eod and sell the next. don't like to buy and sell the same day or could get benched. i buy a block and sell the entire block and try to make at least 5 to 10 percent. rebuy the same day depending on feelings about it. buy going into pr's and momo. and quarterly reports. usually stops after 2 or 3 days. this one has worked for about 2 weeks.

Yeah this stock has had a incredible bullrun for the past....3 weeks, 1.50 and then straight up.
Now you say if you sell AM at high, and buy PM low EOD, you'll get "benched" whats that mean? Brokers don't like it. They'll stop your trading?
So lets say i find a stock ona 2-3 day bull run, which is usually the typical bull run. You load just before the Q, and sell at peak first day of run, then what? Lets say i have a stock atht goes from 1.00 at first day of run. Then EOD it finsihes at 1.40. Next day goes to 1.20 low in the AM, but back up to 1.75 in the PM high. When do you buy, when sell for "the flip".
I guess thsi belongs on the newbie thread?

no its something to watch. if you buy and sell the same stock 3 times in any given calendar day in a week period or something like that you get benched for 90 days unless your account has a balance over 25k. ask you broker, they notify you by email if you are in danger of going over at least scotty does.

Well my acct is only 2K and btw I figured out how to flip.
take a look at TERX. after it spike on the 1st bull run after 9 cents, there were several opportunities that it ran way up in the vAM.
....now you sell on that peak...now sure enough she drops way low...now you buy....sure enough she goes back up NEAR the preavious AM high...this 2nd peak will occur just before lunch time ....now you sell......now if you have 25K in the acct...you can buy back at EOD when the stock might likely drop wayyyy low....but this happens on the 3 04 4th day of the bull run....
If everyday you learn ONE NEW THING...you can win at this game..

i agree paul and thanks for the tip. i will do some dd and check it out. i have found that flipping pennies usually minimizes risk and maximizes returns. your strategy with TERX looks good. will check it out and let you know. thanks again.
