I'm a little confused about the buy back...is that a voluntary thing? I had NO intention of selling at that price...that isn't going to be a MANDATORY thing is it? I'm pretty sure I'm just being paranoid here though...

Waiting on 29th NOBO list and it was the date for the FHAL share swap...(doesn't concern us) the NOBO list was pulled and they are waiting on verification of it in order to file the 10K..
