Shouldnt a filing be coming out soon? I thought they should have filed a quarterly or yearly 10 by the 15th. TMAN...

Not sure when the next form 10 is due, Hasn't been assigned an "E", so apparently they are not dilinquent in their filings.

Lot of insider buying end of '06.

I had some time and was able to research a little. I did not see a filing in February or March back to 2004. They usually put out a 10K in April so I guess that answers my question. lol. The info came from secinfo.com. very useful site. TMAN...
