what I know... the big drop in the chart recently was the SEC announcement of charging the CEO and the COO of selling just before the tech bubble trouble - oh well, nothing to do with mPhase and still good technology coming out the door sometime in 06. Lots of insider buys says something...

this could generate some interest sometime soon:
broadcast 10:20 AM

LITTLE FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 2005--Ronald A. Durando, chief executive of mPhase Technologies (OTCBB:XDSL - News), will brief investment analysts at 10:20 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29 at the Wall Street Analyst Forum. While attendance is limited to buy-side and sell-side investment analysts, the presentation will be webcast live and retrievable as an archive at www.analyst-conference.com.

mPhase has been cited twice this year - by Frost & Sullivan and NASA Tech NanoTech Briefs -- for its pioneering commercialization of a nanostructured battery.

The Wall Street Analyst Forum has been sponsoring analyst conferences in New York, Boston and London since 1988. These conferences have included 2,500 different NYSE/NASDAQ/AMEX company presentations, attended by more 15,000 different analysts and portfolio managers. Past events have been covered by the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, CNBC, Bloomberg and Fox News.
