no not trying to promote it.. i bumped into it on pinksheets it had high volume and the news on it seemed really good and the price just fell so i was just wondering.. what people with more experience in penny shares think of it ... cuz im pretty new at this thats why

This should raise a red flag when doing your DD...Call the TA, compare the current share structure with what Pinksheets has listed...

It's called dilution. A company can sell shares into "good news" which in turn, will more than likely result in the share price to go down or remain stagnant.

Pinksheets.com is crap IMO, they seem to make an attempt to "regulate" pinksheet "companies," yet no one has been successful in regulating the unregulated.

I wonder if pinksheets.com ever took a bribe?

If that were the case, then any "data" on that site could be rendered useless.
