Interesting.... From the last 10Q On May 11, 2007, the Company entered into a Placement Agency and Advisory Services Agreement with MBA (a NASD member firm). Under the agreement, MBA will act as the Company’s placement agent on an exclusive basis with respect to private placements of the Company’s capital stock and as the Company’s exclusive advisor with respect to acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and similar transactions. As a retainer for the services provided by MBA under the Placement Agency and Advisory Services Agreement, the Company issued to MBA 5,000 shares of its Series A Preferred Stock. In addition, MBA will receive fees equal to (a) 9% of the gross proceed raised by the Company in any private placement (plus warrants to purchase 9% of the number of shares of common stock issued or issuable by the Company in connection with the private placement) and (b) 3% of the total consideration paid or received by the Company or stockholders in an acquisition, merger, joint venture or similar transaction. The initial term of the Placement Agency and Advisory Services Agreement expires May 11, 2008.

Anything around .001ish is usually good for at least a double. Love to see it get into the pennies again...

NITE has been the one at the top of the bid all day, often gapping the rest of the MMs by .001, .0015. The price rises and falls with him.
A couple other MMs on his tail now, so real nice potential to move fast.

I hear this BS (I know the phenomena is not BS, but the claims of it are, quite often) that the MMs yank around the bid and ask in order to shake some shares free- but NITE has been engaging in a lot of activity on the bid and ask jumping all over the place and manipulating the PPS big time.
He clearly has some nefarious intentions. I can't put the pieces of the puzzle together to figure out what he's doing, but I'm glad I locked in my profits. I think the PPS is gonna scoot scoot scoot down hard this AM. Whether it's with the intention of pummeling it or running it hard again- who knows.
Keep in mind that NITE securities already owns over 10% of this bad boy- so either he's prepping it to dump- or acquiring it for "Somebody".

So what's the deal with this stock? There are what appears to be conversions(per another board) at 3.3 million a pop yet it appears these shares are being held after the conversion is made.

It appears that there is something going on with this stock.
From what i have been reading from another board looks like they might be delisting it. It supposely has been filed for several months ago.
What some are guessing at is that there is a merger coming.
If any one knows a little more please post.
I am looking at the plus side merger-negitive side delisting with no merger. Maybe neither.

Bought a starter position at .0002 yesterday on huge volume for this stock. It woke at this time last year. Fingers crossed for a nice bounce.
