Here's the board that was already started.

http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi/ubb/get_topic/ f/8/t/019657.html?

In short, this company has used over 100+ P/R's to move 14 billion, yes billion of restricted shares to the float.

According to the latest TA numbers, they have about 20 more billion to go.

Why after all this volume, is the ask * .0001?

If you care to do so, reshearch the other thread.

Here's the truth on your buybacks.

Well, I see Dan is at it again. Here are the new TA numbers and a very factual to the point post. Maybe this will explain why billions of shares are going with no pps appreciation.
In short, Dan is getting his.

New TA numbers: More bad news.

Dan sold off more of his restricted, which ended up in the tradable portion of the OS.

He’s repeated this maneuver multiple times since early this year. He puts out a PR showing a decrease in the overall OS but in reality he’s been reducing the restricted and transferring it to the tradable.

Numbers as of:7/10/2006
Tradable: 49,121,232,874
Restricted: 20,533,767,126
Total OS: 69,655,000,000

Numbers as of: 6/19/2006 (Last time I checked with the TA)
Tradable: 47,921,232,874
Restricted: 22,033,767,126
Total OS: 69,955,000,000

RESULTS:
Tradable INCREASED by: 1,200,000,000
Restricted DECREASED by: 1,500,000,000
Total OS DECREASED by: 300,000,000

COMMENTS:
Once again, Dan puts out a PR that makes it look like progress is being made on the OS. However when you look into the details you discover there’s more than meets the eye.

While we had a reduction of 300,000,000 to the overall OS, Dan has managed to sell off another 1.5 billion of his restricted shares, for some unknown purpose.

One theory of what may have transpired: Lets assume Dan sold the 1.5 billion shares for $150,000. It’s possible he may have taken $30,000 of the proceeds to buy back the 300,000,000 shares he PR’d. The remaining $120,000 he kept for purposes unknown.

Does this sound like a guy who has a plan to increase the PPS of SMMW? If you think so, I live in Florida and I think there is still some swamp land available for cheap prices.

You guys are anticipating an audit with surprising figures yet Dan is still dipping into his restricted shares, dumping them into the tradable portion, in effect decreasing your chances for a run on the PPS.

I still hold with Highwayman's theory: Dan reduces his restricted shares to zero, reverse merges and/or reverse splits the stock when it won't affect his portion of the OS anymore. That’s what Astrom taught him to do, isn’t it?

HISTORICAL NUMBERS:

Numbers as of:7/10/2006
Tradable: 49,121,232,874
Restricted: 20,533,767,126
Total OS: 69,655,000,000

Numbers as of: 11/1/2005
Tradable: 33,797,804,897
Restricted: 37,383,768,046
Total OS: 71,181,572,943

RESULTS:
Tradable INCREASED by: 15,323,427,977
Restricted DECREASED by: 16,850,000,920
Total OS DECREASED by: 1,526,572,943

So, since November of 2005, after all the PR's and posturing, Dan has only reduced the overall OS by 1.5 billion. On the other hand he's played around with the restricted and tradable quite a bit. He's managed to reduce his restricted by 16 billion and transfer 15 billion of it to the tradable portion....the part that affects you, the investor.

In my opinion, Dan is doing the opposite of what it takes to raise the PPS of this stock.

Posted by Chartwalker on :

I'm not trying to be funny, but your sell at the ask isn't going to go through until someone buys all of the sell orders in front of yours. And you saw that today. It didn't sell b4 today cause people could buy at .ooo1. There were mega millions of shares sold today at .0002 People need to look at this stock in the present, not the past, IMO. Best of luck to you!

ClayN:

The price is currently Bid=.0001/Ask=.0002 .
The difference is called the "spead".
The "ask" is what the boys on the trading floor (MM's) will sell it for (.0002).
Even if the actual price is .0001 .
Why?
Cause that's how they make their money.
You will almost always buy at the "ask"
unless their are a lot of shares out.

If you bought at .0001 you'd think you doubled
your money right?,,,WRONG!
You're goig to lose a point to the MM just
to sell at that spread.
I.E.; buying at ask and selling at bid is
how the MM's make their $$$.

When you go to sell it's a matter of having
shares on the open market for the MM on the
trading floor to take it off your hands.
The bid is .0001 / the ask is .0002 .
The MM on the floor is the man you have
to get past when you buy or sell.
Therefore, you will likely sell at .0001
in order to give the MM an incentive ($)
to execute your trade.
So, at the current spread, you break even.

You won't make any real money on this play
unless it breaks out and goes to .0003 or more.
Remember, the MM gets at leaast .0001 of the
spread to make his $$$ on the trade on this one.

i'd say anyone in this play at all is here just sittin' on it waiting to see if it ever becomes the next paiv or paim or there's a ton others. it might be time for this play to show some light as it does have some momo and the buyback news and new transfer agent all seems legit as pinkies go. i've got a chill $500 in it for now. if it moves, great. if not, i'll sell for a small loss if i have to... trading fees, etc. glty,

The PR said they were buying back $740,000 worth of stock. At .0001 that is 7,400,000,000 shares. That could be why there was so much volume.

imo, it's basically been sitting at .0001 for EVER now, so there's no way to really know short term or long term targets. as low as the current pps is, about the only way you could lose your money would be if 1. the company goes bankrupt and stops trading or 2. does a huge reverse split (which the CEO said openly and directly in a recent interview would not happen).
sure, it's a huge risk. but MY OPINION is throw a little money at it and see if it flies. even if you put $100 in at .0001 or .0002 you could stand to make a 5 to 10 bagger if it goes to (only) .001
if for any crazy reason it pulls a qbid on our azzes and goes to .02, then if you had a hundred bucks in it at .0001 you'd make $20,000 bucks. not a bad risk vs. reward scenario as long as you can fully stand to lose that crisp hundy.
if absolutely nothing happens and you lose it all... well, you lose a hundred bucks. as for me, i've spent a hundred bucks on a night out drinking and had nothing left to show for it but a 2 day hangover. :-)
glty,

from the RB boards... among other things, seems to be saying that the CEO and PRs, etc., were hinting as best they could at the positive 'realities' to come without breaking SEC laws. interesting...

Illum

It's amazing.

Even when one drops all the hints in front of folks noses said folks still to no small degree are completely lost.

Our record day of trading flawlessly timed and only the tip of the iceberg as far as the pressure is concerned. Order flow and volume to smile about. Our newly retained services plus the necessary funds and an in relative terms modest short position chewed through. And the one facet most to smile about for the nonce? Well the big money late session charge. That which came so forcefully as to precipitate what we all witnessed. It was a session couldn't have worked out better. Set us up better. A little indeed attitude adjustment. And an indeed message sent. A VERY clear one. No more selling of thin air. Of non-existent entities. And our coming summary to cement the realities with systemic changes to smile about as discussed on the way. Money in the bank absolutely. The audience of the century absolutely. The perfect setup absolutely. Flawless indeed timing. Take the legs out from under the enemy paving the way to what's as we all well know very much needed. What's very much needed to continue the building of an indeed very real company the right way. And so...

The stock AND the story.

"Frank did it all wrong."

"With what's coming the stock will sell itself."

"If you don't like our plan, don't buy our stock."

Accretive to earnings.

Profitable as a unit.

Strong cash flow(s) focus in general and re M&A.

'"We will not rest until this challenge of sideways motion is met with force significant enough to eradicate this opposition and deliver greatly enhanced shareholder value for all to see," pledged Summus Works President Dan Burgess.'

"with force significant enough to eradicate this opposition"

"force significant enough"

"eradicate"

And again…

"Illum

It's amazing.

Even when one drops all the hints in front of folks noses said folks still to no small degree are completely lost."

Our record trading day an indeed mystery? Geniuses aplenty? As usual?

"with force significant enough to eradicate this opposition"

And bingo…

Gone!

And all of it as plain as day. All of it very much right there in black and white. And geniuses indeed. And to wit…

By: docbill23:

"nobody has any idea what happened today"

And who might "nobody" be one wonders. Hmm? And so "force" applied and in spades. Opposition gone. But ONLY the preexisting. And THAT'S the crux. THAT'S where continued pressure comes in. And ALL of fundamental and operational AND at market level. WHERE said recently retained services comes in. Where July 26th comes in. Where the SEC and NASD continuing to bite comes in. And then factor in those again venue(s)-based realities. Spark(s)/catalyst(s)/audience realities. The big money, etc. And voila! Money absolutely in the bank. MEGAbucks. QBID II.

And so we have very much July 26th. Formal short interest reporting across-the-board. And every month from there on out. And with no more grandfathering? Proposal eventually passed? Well the Wild, Wild West of the equities investing/trading world is unquestionably in the throes of a truly massive sea change. One going to shift enormously the balance of power. And FROM the miscreant to where it truly belongs. In the hands of EVERY American. And beyond. No longer will a Wall Street few hundred have free reign to dictate self-servingly to the masses. To self-servingly profit massively at the expense of the innocent and unknowing. To egregiously abuse that which was very much handed them on a silver platter by those again purporting to PROTECT said innocent and unknowing. And clean up the DTCC? Well the best of all possible worlds. No more the henhouse being guarded by the fox. And so?

Well much to look forward to. And not timely any of it we know. Should all of it have transpired decades ago. BEFORE thousands of startup stage outfits were forced to a sad and more end and certainly before billion$ WAS robbed from millions. Eliminate the antiquated MM-based trading system and DO create a completely level playing field for all. DO allow the natural market forces of supply and demand to take precedence. DO facilitate each and every company to trade on its own merits. To sink or swim in accordance with the making of its own bed. JUST as it should be. The again volatility and liquidity and such arguments indeed old and stale. Arguments designed to simply maintain the miscreant profitable status quo.

And it's of course an extremely good thing that we DO have the management team that we have. A management team NOT applying directly and indirectly equity at will. A management team VERY MUCH intent upon building a very real company the right way. For IN the absence of? Well how much fight WOULD there be? How MUCH shareholder respect? So on? Or would it BE about revamping the company's Articles of Incorporation? In ways to NOT smile about? So on?

Our record day of trading tells us all we need to know about management sincerity. About absolutely just HOW shareholder respectful. How indeed smart, capable, competent, so on. ALL we need to know. And the best by FAR…

Is yet to come.

"greatly enhanced shareholder value for all to see"

And it never IS...

Rocket science?

And hope you and all others are enjoying your weekend.

Amazing numbers and possible short position!!! Analysis of the volumes from January 4th,2006 till date gives us the following conclusions. Who the heck says there is no short. Look at these numbers and tell me if they dont blow your mind. Look all the way through......

Total share volume for this year= "66,714,445,876"

Total shares available= 30 billion

Total share repurchase=27 billion

Considering the public float =1 billion

imbalance of shares= 66.7 billion - ( 30billion - 27 billion= 3billion ) = 63.7 billion

Assuming a billion is covered in the past week and some of it might be selling and buying, lets take out 20%
which makes total short of 63.7 billion - 12.65 billion = 51.05 billion

Assuming some of the math is wrong, atleast there is a short of 40 billion.

At the rate of 2 billion per day could take 20 days to cover up 40 billion. Assuming a even meager .002 change per day, you can imagine where this would sit. I would estimate a short term price target of 04-05 cents....

Above that its just our luck and patience.

Let's take a look at that! If a stock trades at .01 and a MM or whoever takes a short position and then it drops all the way to .0001 they make a cool 99% gain! But if a stock is trading at .001 and you take a short position, and then it goes down to .0001 you still make an almost as good, 90% gain. Even a short from .0005 to .0001 would be an 80% gain.

The point is, there is still an incentive to short a stock that has a downward trend even in very low sub-penny land.

SMMW company hired same PR guy who is credited with engineering "short squeeze" run for PAIV, which has similar perecentage gains as recent run of PAIM, starting from .000s...

You never know . But it might be your last chance

Posted by RockLobster on :

I don't think you'll be able to buy at 1 tomorrow. When the volume was heavy around early afternoon, there was no Bid with the ask at 1. By the EOD, there were 10 on the bid at 1 and like 6 on the ask at 2. If you do get in at 1, you'll be one of the few.. imo

I would say 1 is a long shot. Not saying impossible, just not likely

There's so many getting in early morning that it may open up higher.

Sounds like there's a lot of paid pumpers in here.
Nevertheless, I'm holding onto the 2 mil. shares
I picked up at .0001 a few months ago.
Back then everyone was calling it a sucker bet
(paid bashers?).
Two C notes is about as much as I'll throw at this thing.
It's nice the MM's can short these plays.
Scot_rade doesn't let me short pennies.
If it jumps to a .01 more, GRRREAT!
(I'd settle for .001 or .002).
If it goes under I'm out beer, gas, and blow
money for the coming week or so.

Well, if these starts trading 9 Billion per day on a consistent basis it could. It's a gamble, but possible.

people were saying it would never stay at .0002. if they figure out a way to reduce the float then it could run. .0003 isnt out of the question once it gets past the .0002 wall

Picked up another 2 mil. shares today at .0002 on
top of the 2 mil. shares I picked up last month
at .0001 .
That averages out to 4 mil. shares * .00015 .
Not a bad price in spite of the paid pumpers here.
That's enough for me at this point anyhow.
Volume today (350 mil.) isn't near what it was
yesterday (3.5 bil.) so I suspect that the
accumulation phase is winding down on this thing.
If all the buzz is true (and not MM cra_ola) I'll
wait for some results before I dive in any deeper.

[Cool] According to tradersnation, almost another 5 BILLION shares were traded today.

Over 90% of trades were at the .0002 level, accounting for almost $1,000,000!!!!

14 MMs bidding at .0001
ONLY 4 MMs LEFT ON THE .0002 ASK!!!
11 MMs on the .0003 ask

Not a bad follow through. Mondays PRs were really not that great, either. Somebody knows something and MMs are responding to order flow or they are just going to run this themselves.

They've been a LONG time getting there. This is the biggest oldest thread for PRRM --> SMMW.

Historical link:
http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/ubb/ultimatebb.php/ubb/get_topic/f/8/ t/008405.html#000000

Some of you may remember that thread...almost 2 years ago 4 days from now...

"Spent 1 hour on the Phone with Richard Astrom,CEO of PRRM!"

"PRRM
A/S 20,000,000,000
O/S aprox 300,000,000 per Richard Astrom 7/29/04 PM "

How things have changed...bumped the old thread as well.

Dont get me wrong. I made money on this one today. But it's good to see the history on it all too.

Company diluted the heck out of this one and is only now (possibly) beginning to make it right.

Probably because there's too many people ahead of you trying to buy and sell. Took me 4 days to sell. Put in Good Til Cancelled orders and forget about 'em. Dont resubmit a new sell every day. If you do so, you just keep dropping to the end of the queue.

Your broker has hotlines to specialists, MM's,

Yeah, you'll pay 3x/4x the commision - so what.
It's worth it when you have a large profit/loss
on the fence and your order won't fill online.

Commitment to Long Term Shareholder Value "Unwavering"

DENVER, CO--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 27, 2006 -- Summus Works, Inc. (Other OTC:SMMW.PK - News) announced that in a special meeting, its Board of Directors unanimously approved a $400,000.00 increase to the Company's previously announced VVV buy back program to ensure "long term shareholder value, efficiently complete pending and future mergers and acquisitions, and foster visibility, volume and value to continue to attract and facilitate the ideal opportunities for the Company's future growth."
The now approved buy back of up to $1,148,000.00 of Company common stock will continue to be implemented at the price per share relative to **********'s calculated "SqueezeTrigger."

Not so long ago I took the beat here pretty hard for saying that SMMW would have it's day, -knew this would happen... Yes, SMMW will do something, but it will still take awhile. Too many people think they can buy at 1 and sell at 2, -not with billions of shares, that won't fly.

Buy, hold, and let's get this baby off the ground.
Newbies, this isn't a flipper, a buy in here is a long-long position but in the end I do think it'll be worth it to you. JMHO ~

Just know what you are getting into, and that is a line of "10's" of Billions of shares when you try to sell.

I'm LONG on this myself, -and up 100%! GLTA!

I have a question. With this stock trading over half a billion shares daily, why is this thing not moving up.

I've held about 600,000 shares for the hell of it for about a week now and am wondering if there's just too many shares outstanding to let it uptick.

I would like to buy much more because it seems like a good stock but it's just sitting there.

Just look at how the other stocks on the above metioned site have done / are doing!!!!
Pretty good company!
I see on other sites that at least 56%, and maybe more now, of the O/S shares are held by "insiders" which greatly reduces the float! That is from the president of the company according to the posts, not me. I see everything in place for good upward potential. IMO MM's are accumulating now before they let it go. I think it will move very soon. This is JMO .... do your own DD and make your own choices! GL

From I-hub:

Be CLEAR-Co. does not buyback w/pend. R/S
Business wise it makes no sense for a company to buyback shares and also promote it with a R/S pending. After SMMW hired same firm as PAIV, were instructed to buy back as many shares as possible. Only 10% of daily volume can be bought back by a company at a time. If you check the level II shares bought, you will see consistent 9M share purchases at .0001/.0002 all day. But, many traders seemed to be able to not pick up any shares at this price. Accumulation going on. Naked shorts panicking.

SMMW committing $400,000/* .0001= 4billion shares is just the start. Interesting how right after hiring the same firm as PAIV, SMMW commits to large buyback. This stock has been naked shorted to the max, and yes the price has not gone past .0002 in last 5 days, but check accum increase over those 5 days. Huge accum. and added strength in technicals. Even PAIV took awhile to finally pop. PAIV had such a pps increase because naked shorts had to cover and PAIV bought back a huge % of o/s.

And such a sweet sign is the big increase in bashers, all somewhat new to the board. Shorters hire bashers and bashers are paid by performance. Even paid by how many post responses they receive back from their posts.

How much of shares are naked shorted? All bashers say too many o/s for price to increase. Many stocks have skyrocketed with 10 times the o/s this stock has. The biggest point is SMMW has hired the top firm to directly go after the naked shorters. My take is CEO of SMMW will look wherever he can to find $ to buyback even more shares, creating bigger short squeeze. Already determined by ********** that short squeeze trigger price is .00015, and at the current o/s level.

Only a matter of time for upside IMHO.

GLTA, Best Regards, not a buy or sell recommendation, opinion only

More SMMW info for those that want to know! From another site:

"That is some of the shadiest sh*t I've seen MM's do yet. They're trying to kill momentum by slowing volume down and filling everybody's .0002 buy orders at .00019 instead of .0002 so everybody's ticker shows .0001 as the PPS and volume weighted average and people think it's dead...just so they can try to cover their g*ddamn shorts at lower price."

I find this fascinating. I've heard this from many, not just one person. Same thing was going on with PAIM in this price range with some of the buys (hitting ask) so I've heard. Just some of the games MM's play to fool you and me! Do your own DD and make your own choices.

This will be another IGAI when it finally does launch.
It'll skyrocket, drop to half price, and then
level off.
Your classic penny pump.
I do think it will go over a penny when it does.
Maybe a few cents or so.
But it'll be over quick when it does so
keep a close eye on it.

Stick to where you are comfortable. These stocks are a crap shoot like lottery tickets. Pay your buck and hope for the best.

ALOT of sub-pennies have tried to "go after" shorters and that gave alot of exposure to the stock, but NOTHING more.

Good luck with whatever decision you make.

Let's keep it rolling.
I'm sure we'd all like to see this hit .01!

The thing I don't get is all these press releases about trying to increase shareholder value and all the other bull crap. In reality these companies don't give a damn about you or me. I honestly don't understand how these things work when they get to the point where the price is 1/10,000th of a penny.

Hey, I bought a lotto ticket too at .0002. I didn't even think about trying to buy at .0001 so nice job to all those who got in at .0001.

I don't think i'll sell this until it hits a penny or two either just because I got in for chump change. It'd be nice to see a power spike.

i have been in this for i dont know how long back when it was prrm just like about 90% of us have been i bought 5 million shares of prrm at .0001 and then i could never sell it back at .0001 up till about 2 months ago a canceled my sell order and bought another million of smmw but really does everyone think this has a chance to ever get to .0003 or even higher and why i mean look how long this stock has been at .0001 and .0002 and i am guessing but between prrm and smmw there has been 100s of prs and it still wont move.
trust me i would love it to see .0003 or .0004 someday but i have seen some people think it will hit .001 sometime soon now that might be pushing it

Joel T:

You asked if anyone filled at .0001?
I'm sitting on 4 mil. shares of this thing.
Half of which I got at .0001 over a month ago
before all the hype.
The other half I got at .0002 last week.
That averages out to .00015 for the whole ball 'o wax and that's as much as I'm going to throw at
this until she shows some signs of life.
