one sale today at bid price Posted by fishfarmer on :
Rate Member posted March 01, 2005 11:51 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Long story. I will give you a short example. I worked the Hidalgo copper mine and smelter in NM for 3 yrs during const., start up and opperation in the mid 70s, they produced 800# ingots that were shipped to El Paso tx for futher refinement to seperate the gold and silver from the copper. Some shipments produced very high gold and silver content. Enough to pay the entire opperation costs for the largest copper smelter in the USA. This is in geological proximity to the DFLR mine. They have used proper proceedure,Sold other assets to finance etc. etc. HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just kidding. It's at .0001
This will literally be a gold mine!

I have bought 5 mill of shares at .0002/share.
Do you guys have any idea of when we will see this thing in action.

There must have been a glitch in the system if you bought yours at .0002 because it wouldn't make you buy for that much unless the stock is about to TTTTTTTTTTTTTTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKKKKKKKKKEEEEEEEEEEEEE OOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted by stockster on :
I don't think there is a glitch in the system, that was just the price I got it at a few days ago. Right now it is going between 0.0002 and 0.0001.
My view on this stock is if it hits, i'll have a lot more money than when I started. But if it doesn't, it wasn't a lot of money to begin with.

Please don't use those charaters back to back like that. It messes up the screen. It is not very professional (OOOOOFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!) when you do this longer then the field it will offset the entire thread making them harder to read.

I'm thinking once these guys get their mine 100% running I'm sure this will pick up a bit. I'll be waiting when/if it does.

I'm so Sorry Dued, but the exitement is just unreal. This was the same thing that happend just before my last stock went to two cents, and I had 500,000 shares so keep your heads up

The shares will go up dap. There is way to much going on with this stock in fact I think I am going to buy 5 mil. more tomorrow. We will all make some money on this stock but you have to be patient. It may take a year. But be patient and don't sell at .0002 1/2

One thread only please. Here is why its not moving and not going to. I can say it was because of huge loses that started them to issue mass dilution then r/s then mass dilution. I am talking massive. Loser company for sure. Heres a brief summary timeline from edgars.
April 2004
ABILITY TO CONTINUE AS A GOING CONCERN
DFRC's ability to continue as a going concern is in doubt. As DFRC has incurred a loss from its operations during the calendar year 2003 and has had losses in prior years as well. DFRC will need to substantially decrease its operating expenses, increase its operating income, and raise significant additional capital. There is no assurance that DFRC will be able to accomplish all or any of these items. In the event that these events do not take place DFRC will in all probability not be able to continue as a going concern in calendar year 2004.
May 21 2004 had 123 million o/s DFRC Aug 18 2004 had 1.1 billion o/s Sep 7 2004 had 4.7 billion o/s
Sep 7th 1:1000 r/s changed name from DFRC to DFLR Also a 10 billion A/S and a increase in no# of preferred shares
Nov. 22 2004 had 45.5 million o/s Dec 8th 2004 had 1.3 billion o/s (a billion shares in one month - wow)
Dec 17th 2004 50 million shares was issued in restricted shares to be give to Equitilink, LLC,
Jan 7th 2005 2 billion shares aurthorized to be sold in common shares this is on top of already issued shares.
This I think puts it at 3.8 billion shares in o/s with 50 million restricted. Remember board has majority voting right from issued preferred staock and not holding common shares.
