Dividend of $1.50 per share and it's trading at 2.64.
The dividend is NOT on the daily list yet (at least I didn't find it) and it's a pink, so I would take the PR with a grain of salt, but figured I'd throw it out there.

hmm, interesting--SEC: "no enforcement recommended..." so now we're doing the divvy...
they're on a tight timeframe, unless they've already requested th ex-date...but worth looking into.

has traded as high as 4.25 in past year...
am guessing they got a Wells Notice, PRd it and the pps dropped... worth more DD to see if there's really a business here.

$1.50 dividend to be paid Friday
Posted by T e x on :
am considering it...

I'm in, but just realized I'll be boating on Friday (weather pending) and not at a computer to trade. Hope the blackberry gets reception out there...

Does this mean the stock is going to tumble on Friday?
Posted by PCola77 on :
It means that on Friday it *should* open $1.50 lower (but you'll get $1.50 dividend, so it's a wash), but I've seen a few cases where brokers don't adjust their orders, and you can still sell for significantly more than price-$1.50.
