Bought a chunk of this around a dollar, now I'm thinkin it's going to hit $3! Big product's the "Klegg Mini" a.k.a. the World's smallest color display mp3 player, Endorsement deals with; Paula Abdual who'll be in the public eye now that "American Idol's" new season's underway, Verne Troyer a.k.a Mini Me, and former NBA Great A.C. Green. They have television commercials and spots in Entertainment Tonight, and the Insider...Call me crazy but I don't think $3 is high enough to be the ceiling for this one.

This stock just started trading jan 5th?

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

I started watching this mid November when a couple people were promoting it, i think it was ****** and wallstreetgrapevine. Thought it was a good story but still a little skeptical, but once they started these recent press releases I knew I had to jump aboard, if this thing cracks $3 I'm still not sure if I'd sell it. This could be the I Pod's biggest competition in the coming years, which means at the very least apple will acquire it and buy out the shares.

Posted by doling2005 on :

I agree. How many shares are out there?

Posted by doling2005 on :

This is a cinderella stock. It could be a very good trading stock as nothing goes straight up, but as word gets out and promotions from these superstars continue, it will be higher than this eventually IMO. The low float combined with the story..great match

Hey this one's on the way back doling, "Access Hollywood" was big, and I think after "The Contender" happens this one won't be a Pink Sheet for long if you catch my drift.

Posted by doling2005 on :

Yeah, I spoke with IR and they are really managing this well. Very strong stock and strong story. He said they will also be providing audited financials. Low float, headed higher

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

yea they have a strong company; they're getting the right exposure, I mean, this is just a great stock on all accounts

Posted by VeryGreen on :

I'm new to this site, and am actually new to this industry...haven't started trading yet...still getting my feet wet learnign everything I can first...I've been reading all of these posts and PR's about KLGE. I also checked out their website and I'm not sure what the fuss is over this new MP3 player. It looks nice, and is small, but can it realistically compete with the IPOD that actually plays color videos, and doesn't just scroll through a glorified powerpoint presentation? I think you're right in the assumptions on how the company is being run, but IMO I'm a little skecthy on how much this product will actually catch on. I'll take any news and PR's you'd like to post because I think it is a good company, just not sure it's going to "take off" with this product?? Could be horribly worng LOL.

Posted by doling2005 on :

this is a popular gadget, affordable for those who can't afford the mp3, it fits on a key chain,it's being well marketed by Paula Abdul, A.C. Green, Sugar Ray Leonard and others, and there is more news for next week:

"Klegg-Mini" to be featured at Planet X booth at National Association of Television Producers and Executives (NATPE) show in Las Vegas January 24-
26.

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

It doesn't necessarily have to compete with the IPod to be a good stock; especially if your daytrading. I don't know if this is a stock you wanna put your money in and wait a couple years. But it sure has momentum right now, and that's what matters.

Posted by doling2005 on :

it is an outstanding trading stock with a small float and lots of news and activity and a committed management, a rare pink stock with a future in any event

can anyone explain the dramatic drop last Wednesday?

RSI was way up around 80+.......oversold.....cant stay that high forever. Up and down is normal activity. RSI went down yesterday.....going back up today. GTO, just my opinion.

Absolutely, this stock is not flooded with shares, only 25 million OS. A few shares can move this stock. Great for trading.

Thanks for the reasoning...makes sense now.

I wonder what it will bottom out at, I'm gonna buy in sometime today, because I know it will be up on news next week. It's just about as safe of a bet as you can make... If I can get in under $1.85 I'll be happy.

I'm startin to grow tired of all this early selling lol, but seriously this thing should start moving again

Posted by wallymac on :

What is happening? All I read is very encouraging news yet the stock continues to tumble. Is there something I'm missing? What's it going to take to get this moving in the right direction?

Posted by doling2005 on :

so happy to get more at 1.45
you have to realize this is an extremely low float stock and the story is magnificent. That's a killer combination.

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

I really couldn't tell you why it's tumbling, but I think it's helping weed out those who are serious about this stock...it's got so much potential, and won't take much to get moving

Posted by doling2005 on :

Tumbling? Last I looked we were green

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

I was just answering wallymac's question; that little red before didn't worry me

Posted by wallymac on :

I was just wondering because I'm fairly new and trying to learn. I've bought a lot of this stock and am in at 1.95 so it was scary. I too believe this stock has a tremendous upside. I just get confused when I read positive news and see stocks go down it just baffles me. Thanks to everyone who responded.

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

n/p don't worry either $1.95 is a great; you should be good

Posted by doling2005 on :

Most of the stock is closely held by insiders. That leaves little for the public. They are doing an outstanding job of marketing this product. If the hip hop crowd takes to it, it should be much higher and it just started trading a couple of weeks ago. Personally, I like trading the swings

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

What they need to do is get some product placement in movies, music video's etc. then they'll be perfect; they're still good now tho

Posted by doling2005 on :

Great ending with a 10% gain. Anymore news and we're back to $2

Don't worry, patience is a virtue my friend...

Posted by doling2005 on :

I have to admit it's not acting well to extremely good news. Perhaps it's because the events are a week away?

Posted by UnknownTrader on :

IMO.....

I did an analysis of KLGE....

Looks like it will continue in a downtrend for another day, possibly two.

The lines are more distinct and drawing in closer to each, but still has not given the signal that the downtrend is done and uptrend is beginning. There's a good 0.05 gap between. I have a feeling that tomorrow I'll have a good signal.

Bottomline: My prediction is that tomorrow's EOD price will be lower than today's EOD. If that holds true, then we may get a signal the next day.

Just my opinion.....

Posted by emich25 on :

unknown keep us posted on that i appreciate that...

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

It's movin up a little today, I think it's beginning it's month long run

Posted by emich25 on :

thoughts on KLGE unknown what does eveyone think since the product will be on the today show and the view???????????/

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

Personally, I think the biggest reaction will be to it's appearance on ESPN's "Contender Rematch"...shows like the Today Show and View always have something to pump, but being in the center of the ring during a bout the all different ages and genders will be watching is huge imo

Posted by UnknownTrader on :

Alright, that was bad prediction.....I should just keep my mouth shut.

The lines took a big swing today during trading, which now has pushed an uptrend signal. They've crossed and look perfect for an uptrend (but, I could be wrong again....blah)

Volume is good. Signal lines are good. I'm going to take another crack at this.

My opinion and only my opinion: Tomorrow's EOD price will be higher than today's EOD price. Signals looks great.

GLTA

Just my opinion

I hope they go higher. Klegg has been doing everything they can as far as promoting the product. It may take investor's seeing some solid numbers as far as sales and profits before this takes off again. I got in during the initial rise to 3.00. I'm in at just under $2. I'm hoping to see it rise again but when and if it does is anyones guess. I'll be happy if it continues to rise and close higher each day even if it's in small increments.

I hope your right about this one bull! I just dropped $5k on it.

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

well hey, the facts speak for themselves, as I'm sure you saw if you put 5k in it...

I went over the news for this company since it came out and I wasn't able to find a 10QSB for it. Does anyone know when they should be releasing their 10QSB around?

it will be a while they just got approved for trading

Posted by BMoney on :

i hope this stock actually starts going up at some point

Posted by doling2005 on :

Back in today for next weeks events. filled gaps this week and held solid, millions will see this product next week on the Today show, The View and Contender. Bring on next week!

Posted by doling2005 on :

Few sellers before next week

Posted by wallymac on :

It may take more than publicity to get this one moving. They have done an outstanding job promoting it and that worked in the beginning. Now I think it will take some actual sales numbers that show the marketing is working.

They have said that sales are at a record ace and that they needed to expand their office but it seemed as though no one paid attention. That's why I think actual sales numbers will be what drives this.

I hope next week's promo's are enough.

Posted by doling2005 on :

This stock should be $2 dollars with this kind of exposure. I wish I had more money to buy!

Posted by doling2005 on :

She's introducing it now

Posted by doling2005 on :

They played Paula's tv commercial promoting the Klegg mini. great coverage!

Posted by Veatsol on :

Total time was about 1:45 seconds. Not bad. They showed a brief commerical with her in it. Does anyone know if they are airing this commerical anywhere? She went right into the good stuff. Introdued it as the only color screen on the market, 250 songs, holds 10K pictures and only 1 inch. I wish she would have gone over prices but then again if people are curious they will go tot he website for more info. She held it the whole time during the interview (about 6-7 minutes).

The host asked if it was affordable "for everybody' and Paula said yes. The host also said she thought it would be very popular with girls. It comes in 3 colors. The Contender coverage will be great too! Feb. 12th

Tony Danza show on the 13th too...but I mean all this great exposure, no movement...they need to get these things selling so investor interest'll get back in it...I'm not saying it's not still going to run...but it sure is crawling right now

Well this went the wrong way today. What the hell happened?

Posted by BMoney on :

No kidding, I dont get this stock it never seems to go up.

Posted by wallymac on :

It's crazy. It seems the more national exposure there is the lower the stock trades. Maybe they should just put out self serving PR's without anything to back them up.

I see other stocks run all day long on their own PR's. No product to sell, no sales, no exposure just PR's. I've been scratching my head all day.

I never watch the View but did today. It was a great spot. They showed the commercial with Paula Abdul singing a song that had not previously been released. All the hosts on the View pumped the Mini Klegg, I mean it was great.

What am I missing?

Posted by woody34 on :

Hey Bull, I'm coming after you if Tony Danza doesn't come through!
So far, none of this is making sense.
Perhaps patience will pay.

I'll be shaking my head all the way to the poorhouse at this rate. LOL Thank goodness for diversifying. Still ended up UP for the day anyways. I hope this baby pulls through. I got in when it reached $1.71, I bought at $1.58 and thought I got a great deal. C'Mon KLEGGGGGGGGGGGG!!

Posted by wallymac on :

I haven't been able to see any level 2's, so I don't know what the MM's are doing. Can anyone help me with this?

Posted by BMoney on :

I hear ya Shadowlurker i got in at $1.60 and then it ran to $1.71 i guess i should of just sold off then. I don't get this stock at all............. Let just hope it starts going up....who likes losing money i know i dont

Posted by wallymac on :

unfortunately I got in when it ran to 3.00. Ahould have taken my profit but got greedy. Had a chance to get out at 2.62 but held on. Now I'm sitting at 1.95 with no other choice but to hold.

I still think there is a lot of value in the company. Over the long term it could be a decent play but I didn't intent to hold for that long.

Anyway good luck to everyone.

I have emailed you in the past and have yet to recieve a response. Please respond. I have invested in your company. I belong to a few stock bulletin boards and we all are a bit concerned.

We know you done a great job of promoting the Klegg Mini, however the stock continues to tumble. Please answer the following questions to ease our minds.

1. When will you announce some sales figures for the Klegg Mini and the company in general?

2. When we the Klegg product line be available from a retail outlet other than internet and phone order only?

3. Are you concerned with the low PPS that is affecting us all?

Couldn't post earlier. I mentioned days ago that this stock is a trading stock. The os is only 25 million and the float is 4 million. The remaining 21 million is closely held by the company. They emailed me with this right away a couple of weeks back. Nearly 25% of the float has turned over today. With that low of a float you must be careful especially with a newly trading company. I got out yesterday when it didn't act well and am looking to get in if it drops further tomorrow. See chart below and you'll see it is filling the gaps. If you still have it keep it for the bounce IMO. Otherwise trade it. There are very few if any pinks with this potential. Also IMO

Okay, I just listened to the interview.

A few points tha the CEO said:

1stQ sales are already better than last years (I thikn he meant 1Q this year was beter thn all of 1Q last year, but someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Said they are doign very well in sales right now just being online, but they are planning to have product available in retail stores "very soon". I don't htikn he got into specifics with dates.

A distributor is set up or is being set up in Canada, and a sister company Klegg-Europe (or somethign, i forget the exact name) is selling the product in Europe.

I couldn't hear it very well, as I am at work and didn't want to play it too loud, so I'm sure I missed plenty. Feel free to add if you heard anything more or different than I did.

Posted by wallymac on :

I listened also. He said they are very close to signing distribution deals. The Klegg product will be available at major retailers. They are adding new products including a 1GB version of the Klegg Mini that will stay the same size.

They at this point feel all financing will be in house. Sales for January surpassed last years 1stQ total sales.

Product is currently being shipped for worldwide distribution.

Not a one trick pony. They currently have 12 products available including flat screen plasma TV surround sound etc.

I'm holding for the long run. Sounds very promising but it may take 6 months to a year to catch on.

this company is a major electronics retailer...most people think that it is a dog and pony show that is using paula abdul to pump the stock which is hardly true..this company was listed just a little over a month ago...the os an float are tiny...the rev's on this will be solid and once mass distribution is out this will soar...from what i understand they also plan on tryin to get on the nasdaq and amex which for them shouldn't be that hard...

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

It's big that Klegg is going to make a 1 GB version after Apple announced they're selling a 1 GB version of thier IPod nano, I liked the interview though, I'm going to hold on for the bounce

Posted by doling2005 on :

I don't see it going lower than 50 cents anytime soon but can't say for long-term. Should really bounce anywhere in here between .50 and .70 per chart.

just let you guys know a freind of mine spoke to the ceo yesterday...this isn't your typical pink sheet stock...the os is 24 million the float around 6 million they don't plan on dillution but they are filing for a national exchange...this is not a start up bus...they have been at this a while. I think that this is going to get run up again...I think this was brought down so that some people could accumulate below a dollar call me a conspiracy theorist but the otc is like that...

Posted by ShadowLurker on :

My gut feeling has been, that insiders with shares have been selling them to get the price down. So that when all this publicity got/gets released the price is more attractive per share.

Just a thought I had yesterday, didn't post it right away, because I didn't want to look like an idiot if I was way wrong .... LOL

Posted by wallymac on :

Call me a conspiracy theorist if you want. But I have thought it was the MM's driving the price down before the realy big news hits that might cause this to really explode. From listening to the CEOs interview today, I got the impression that they are getting ready to release some financials and announce some distribution deals in the near future. I think once this happens the stock will roll.

Posted by stockmaster33333 on :

I bought it at $1.20 and all it's been doing is going down. When will it go up? They have great products and amazing publicity. What's Wrong?

Posted by emich25 on :

i agree with what you guys are saying think about this the float is 6mil ie nothing....is easier a to run a pink sheet up 300percent from 1.50 witch would be 4.50...or b run it 300 percent from .80 = 2.40 i will take the later....we may see 3 by mon any buying and this goes plus look at all the accumulation..............

Posted by KillaKmetz on :

I can remember a couple of weeks aog when this stock came across in one of my emails and it was trading at $1.49. The next couple of days it went into the los $2.00's, and now it has settled all the way down to $.80? WOW... I couldn't help myself, I loaded up Big time with the PPS so low.

They seem to be releasing nice little PR's in a hope to elevate the PPS, and it doesn't seem to be working. I heard you guys mention something about 'The Contender' and the Tony Danza show... what does this stock need to make another big run? It just seems to be Terribly undervalued right now.

Posted by emich25 on :

I just got off the phone with the IR...The float is 7million...the os is around 20mil. They just had an interview on tradersnation. They manufactor the Kleg mini.On Sunday after the Pro Bowl they are sponsoring the Contender the name of the company will be in the middle of the ring..Also they will run 6 30sec adds featuring paula abdul...then mon paula will be on the tony danza show promoting the kleg mini and everyone in the audience will recieve one free. the orders according to ir have been huge. The company also make other electronics such as speakers and plasma tv's..they are listed on the pinks while the paper work goes through for the nasdaq filing....

Hey Emich, what happens to the pink stock when it moves over to the nasdaq?
Is it a good idea to sell before that happens?

Posted by ShadowLurker on :

They should give all stockholders a Klegg mini for free too, not just the audience on Tony Danza. [Big Grin]

Posted by Orlandomac on :

Finally Klge went up, and I am starting to recover from my losses. This will be a big weekend and big upcoming week. Klge is set to go up. Now all we need is store selling.

Posted by coalkickin on :

With so much positive news recently, why has this stock halved itself the past few days?

Posted by wallymac on :

That's the question bothering most of us. The one thing I look at is that it only started trading through brokerages in early Jan. So it is very new.

Posted by schantz34 on :

Have they given us any exact dates about changing to Nasdaq or selling in stores? And are they gonna release any financials at some point?

Posted by Veatsol on :

Come on do some sort of research yourself. Some people ask some of the most basic questions. Are they selling in stores? Look for yourself. Look on Best Buy, Radioshack, Circuit City anything. If they actually announced they had struck a deal with a major retailer like Best Buy or C.City the stock would go through the roof. Hell they could announce that they are selling at Bob's discount electronics and it would rise. They are only selling off their website that I can see. Go to pricegrabber.com and let me know how many you see for sell there. Go to Ebay and let me know how many you see there. Pricegrabber has a whopping zero and Ebay has a combined total of one listing. Now do the same search for Ipod. Ebay came up with over 93,084. It will take alot for them to strike a deal with any major retailer.

Posted by Veatsol on :

I just saw on MSNBC that Apple just lowered the price on their Ipod's. Their shuffle 512 was lowered to $69 and their 1G was lowered to $99. Looks like the NANO's were lowered also.

Posted by KillaKmetz on :

So "The Contender" will be on Sunday, I think it is a safe bet that a lot of people will be buying in before the weekend. This is going to go up, way up, it is inevitable. I wouldn't be suprised to see a nice PR to help the PPS before the weekend either.

Also, with the coverage on the Danza show, and all the airtime it's ads will get on Sunday, I am sure more people will be buying in. Add to that that after the marketing on Sunday and Monday, I would be certain of some nice PR's, which means higher and higher PPS's.

I almost feel like a criminal for getting in at $.80... [Big Grin]

Posted by schantz34 on :

I would normally agree with you, but since you got in at .80 you weren't here when the mini klegg was on the view, fox news, and a few other shows and the price still dropped

Posted by schantz34 on :

but i'm keeping my shares and keeping my fingers crossed

No, if you go to thier website, you can find some stores that they are sold at It's pretty much all west coast tho...a whole lot of the stores are in Cali....

Ya, I saw the list. That is why I threw Bob's Discount Electronics in there (I was kidding when I threw it in there). If you check into their main supplier The Good Guys you will find that all of it's 46 locations are closed. They said they are still supplying their inventory with Compusa. If you look on the CompUSA website you will find that they do not carry Klegg. Does anyone know if they carry any Klegg products in any of the local CompUSA stores?

"Attention All Good Guys Customers

All California Good Guys stores close, while home entertainment products and expertise expand within CompUSA locations.

In response to consumer buying preferences and demands, Good Guys is closing the doors to its 46 locations.

But don’t worry. The same home entertainment products and experienced staff you know and trust will soon be found exclusively inside California & Hawaii CompUSA stores.

Store closings mean huge savings!

These store closings mean huge savings for customers in Good Guys locations, where you’ll find the best in high-end entertainment products, including televisions, video, home audio, cameras and car stereos -- all available with steep discounts."

first of all the product has only been around for 2 months. secondly they sell more than just an mp3 player...listen to the interview with tradersnation. they plan on mass distribution I would think it is more important to have ou ducks in a row first don't you. i think they are doing well by promoting it this way....remember that this is all funded in house so they don't have an infinite budget nor are they looking to dilute the stock...

KLGE Reports SEC Approves NASD Request Requiring 5,600 Brokerage Firms to Disclose Monthly Total Short Interest Positions
Thursday February 9, 2:52 pm ET

New Requirement Will Allow Investors and OTC Companies Ability to Track Shorting

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 9, 2006 -- Klegg Electronics, Inc. (Other OTC:KLGE.PK - News) is pleased to announce the SEC News Digest reported approval of the NASD's request to require all NASD member firms to disclose Total Short Interest positions on OTCBB and PINKSHEET securities.
Source: Klegg Electronics, Inc.

As stated by **********, "On September 20, 2005 the NASD filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") a proposed rule change to amend Rule 3360 to expand short interest reporting requirements to over-the-counter equity securities. The term "OTC Equity Securities" shall mean any equity security that is not listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market or a national securities exchange. Each member firm shall maintain a record of total "short" positions in all customer and proprietary firm accounts and shall regularly report such information to the NASD as of the close of the settlement date designated by NASD. Reports shall be received by NASD no later than the second business day after the reporting settlement date. The term "Customer" also includes accounts of other broker-dealers held at each firm."

Dennis Gentles, President of Klegg Electronics, stated, "We welcome the evolution of the OTC Exchange. This new requirement by the NASD will allow OTC companies and investors the ability to track shorting and gain better insight towards preventing these activities. During 2005, endless investors have made huge gains and losses investing in the OTC market." Mr. Gentles further stated, "We are now approaching a new era where PinkSheets.com, SEC and NASD are all working to make OTC investing information friendly and potentially more profitable as well."

As to why it Gapped up so high this morning, then settled down again, and how low the volume is... Hell I have no idea why this is doing what it has done today.

Posted by KillaKmetz on :

$.95 right now, I would love to see a little EOD rally and for this to close above $1.00... I think it might happen, we will see.

I'm not sure how much it matters though, I am sure that on Monday we will be above $1.00 with the marketing that is going to be happening. Hell, might even be close to $2.00 by weeks end next week [Smile]

Posted by schantz34 on :

i think it will because people know they need to buy before the weekend

ask is a buck

Posted by KillaKmetz on :

OK, we hit $1.00!

Now lets see how much of a run we get in the final 15mins here....

Posted by schantz34 on :

does anybody else see he ask price of 1.15..maybe some good after hours trading going on today. Assuming Paula Abdul doesn't choke on the mini klegg, this is going to open big on monday

Posted by Orlandomac on :

I'm guessing that by monday's end it will hit $1.30 or higher, depending on how Abdul sells it and how many people watch the Contender tommorow. This is going to be a huge week.

Contender is coming up, can't wait to see

I thought it was decent, and theres 4 more of them

Oh, just relized this is a rerun from October. Regular match was postponed. Thought they just had two other guys fight live in the same ring.

Well, I guess we got tomorrow to have the ads in the ring. Hope they got the website up by then.

yea search KleggUSA on google the website is messed up, its been that way for week

Posted by schantz34 on :

you have to type in www before kleggusa.com..it works if you do that

Posted by emich25 on :

website is fine I was just on it...this actually is better..The ads had to run so whoever is watching this first bout which was a great fight will see the ads. then tommorow at 9pm on espn we will have the same ads running and we will have the logo...the media time was sold already to klegg so espn had to run the ads...the ads look decent...wouldn't it be nice to see on of those ads during american idol...i don't think it will be long before word of mouth get this buzzing if it already hasn't...........

Posted by emich25 on :

i have a feeling that these ads are pretty succesful

Posted by emich25 on :

When you go on the website besides klegg mini the biggest attention grabber is the investment info...even if it gets people to the website to check it out it may help to get the word out about the stock to.....

Posted by KillaKmetz on :

Nice commercials, Klegg is Deffenitely going to get noticed this week, and as a result the PPS will be up.

Now the fight was potponed because of the snow and everything... will we get the commercials aired when they have to real fight tomm? I think we will, DAMN, IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER!!!

Posted by emich25 on :

i think we will still get the commercials...if you look at it from a programing situation you have to air the commercials...espn will probably do that because technically the contract called for the commercials to air during the rematch...so this does do better for us..plus i think the website was jammin...

Record Snow Storm Delays "The Contender" -- Rescheduled for TODAY at 9:00pm EST on ESPN2

Good Reading Here:

We believe KLGE is going to be big, make sure you read this entire report and research this company you will not be disappointed. KLGE is a very exciting company, because they just released the world's smallest color mp3 player!!!

Since the invention of the mp3 file about
10 years ago, music has never been the same. The days of the walkman
are long gone, even CD players are starting to look like old record
players. Mp3 files are now more popular than ever, Itunes has already
sold over 500 million songs online, and that is just one website. I
believe KLGE's mp3 player is going to be a big hit, cause of it's
size. People are just not interested in carrying around brick size
music players, the player from KLGE is so small it can be put on a
keychain. Through some restructuring of the company, KLGE is an IPO
situation that just started trading about 2 days ago. KLGE also sells
other electronics such as home theater audio systems, plasma and lcd
televisions. KLGE also sells unique lcd touch screen remote controls,
the kind you find in wealthy homes. How successful can a company
selling the world's smallest color mp3 player be? During the 1990s
Apple traded sideways and never really traded over $20 a share, but
since the launch of the Ipod just a few years ago, they have watched
their company go from under $9 a share to over $60 which includes a
split too!! Klegg Electronics (OTC: KLEG) has only been cleared for
trading during the past few days by DTC (just like the old 'IPO'
days). Klegg's public market is now gaining attention and the
investing public has yet to really learn more about this incredible
opportunity that we feel may have the ability to SKYROCKET in revenues
by the millions at a very rapid rate! 'KLGE' should have high demand
as investors learn about the 'KLEGG MINI', the company anticipates
that retailers and distributors will eat up it's MP3 players and that
immediate sales should explode our market.

OOOPS I thought you meant my post. You probably meant AZ

Posted by Hiker on :

That's good news AZ...

Alot of the success in these MP3 players is in the name. Ask any kid.. They like IPod's mainly for the name. It's the sole reason my wife bought two. People just like the letter "I". Klegg also is a name that might fly, but maybe the name MINI will be what everyone calls it. It could be worse and then maybe better. I asked about 6 teenagers today if they have heard of the new Klegg Mini and only one said yes that they heard about it earlier today. When I mentioned it had a color screen...they all perked.
Ask around when you have a moment to kill. Spreading the word will only help. I'm looking forward to a nice run. Jumping on another 1000 tomorrow.

I see that right now the only way this unit can be bought is thru an 800 number ordering system. This unit is the perfect type of electronic device that Walmart would jump on in a second. Imagine Walmart making an order for 5 mil....

Logo center ring is a nice touch. I'm in this one for the long green haul.

Posted by Tull on :

Just saw one of the commercials, Paula is a nicer touch...

Posted by wholehealthgirl on :

Ordered a mid-level mini today. Should be here this week. Spoke with the IR dude today and he was telling me that Walmart isn't the best distribution choice because of how they structure the profit payouts... it takes something like 3 - 4 months before they send out any money from sales. A good way for a company to go broke. If Klegg has to produce the minis, pay their suppliers, shipping etc. It would be lame to have to wait that long before seeing any profits from Walmart sales.

Posted by Hiker on :

Sounds like typical Walmart tactics.. thx for the info.

I can't wait to see what happens down the road, because this company is doing all the right things, the commercial, logo in the center of the ring, I think the buzz is only going to grow, this is my favorite pick up this year....*knocks on wood*

This is awesome (Contender marketing). I was told they are penetrating the China market as well as the US. Imagine millions and millions of these being sold. Auditors are already doing the books, wonder why?? (smile)

Here's a thought for them..... What about eBay?? I just bought into a stock that is starting to take off ... so is the company, it is a pink sheet and just posted a profitable month Jan. 06 I mentioned it in a topic that I posted here, but no one has seemed to notice: MHPT

My point is that they are now profitable and the stock is doing well. Here is some of the last news release: ...... Medical Home Products continues to market its products on eBay, Amazon.com and through Independent distributor affiliate programs worldwide ..... May be an idea for Klegg (Just my opinion)

"You don't want to be the one that has to beg for your Klegg" - Paula Abdul

I wasnt expecting to see red on KLGE today........

I like this product until I go to Best Buy and see 50 other MP3 players hanging there. I know it's cute and has a color screen...but will those two features make this puppy sell like hot cakes. It does have one unique feature...the recording device is pretty cool..I think kids will really get excited about that.

The only thing that will make the price move up, is for me to sell and take my loss. Then the price would skyrocket! Never seems to fail!

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

Well than sell Shadow, I wanna see some green! lol jokes

Posted by KillaKmetz on :

Can someone, anyone, explain to me why the hell this finished in the red today? I just don't get it... owell, I don't think we will see it going much lower, so hopefully only green days to come.

I just don't get it, I have 4 stocks I am flipping right now, PECB, CLBE, KLGE and DPBM, and every single one of them was in the red today, some down alot, on No news. Only thing I can think of is if everyone is taking their money out of the BB's and putting it into the blue chips. Hell, maybe that is a good idea; our vice president Cheney shot a man. That basically summarizes Bush's entire presidency, and our economy. Anyone know of any good foreign banks to put my money into?

Owell, I am just over reacting, it seems this happen about every 2 months, then the stocks I am following straighten out again and start doing what they should be... I should start to predict this happening. but DAMNIT, KLGE, just do what you should and go Green Tomm!

Posted by wallymac on :

Killa, I've been saying that since I first bought the stock. I don't know what to think. I can't see where they have done anything wrong. Plenty of PR's, an actual product to sell, national advertising. Heck I know many stocks under a dollar that wish they could do what Klegg is doing and yet it keeps getting battered. Maybe there isn't enough money for the MM's yet.

I haven't been able to see any L2's on it have you?

Posted by ShadowLurker on :

Maybe if they announce tomorrow that the company is going bankrupt and posts a loss of one bagillion dollars and the products all cause cancer, maybe the PPS will go to $3.00 tomorrow. Seems to be the way things go with this one. Opposite as you would expect.

I told myself I would hold this one long term, so maybe long term it will turn around. I just hate having my money tied up in stock not doing anything or constantly going down while other stock are quadrupling in a day or two and I don't have cash to join in cause it's all tied up in under or non performers.

&%^**!#%$^

I hear you Shadow. If we could prove it's a scam everyone would run to get a piece. They have uttered the words of death. They intend to file financials and move to a board that requires reporting. I guess if you can't hide there's no ride.

Posted by doling2005 on :

Ok here is my 2 cents. For some reason the stock is not acting well to all of the good news. This means it will probably in all likelyhood go lower, perhaps back down to the 35 cents where it started. When the chart improves, and news continues, we will move up. until then, I trade it. glta

Posted by Hiker on :

I thought long and hard about dumping a couple G's into this stock, but after rolling the idea of what it is and when it's hitting the market...I backed off. There are 25 other MP3 players out there at any electronic stores. What makes this one so special, the name? No. The amount of songs it holds, No. the size, NO.
It might have some pisazz(sp) the first month out, but after that it will be just another MP3 player hanging with the 25 others. IMO...they're about 12 months late. If this pup goes over $1.50 in the next 2 weeks...i'll eat my BVD's.
Just my $.02

Posted by ShadowLurker on :

First: The kleggusa.com website says that the mini-128 is backordered 2-3 weeks. They must have sold a few of them, huh?

Second: Comparing the prices and features of Apple Ipod to Klegg-mini:

Klegg- 128 $79.95
Klegg- 256 $99.99
Klegg- 512 $159.99

Ipod shuffle 512- $69.99
Ipod Nano 1GB- $149.99
Ipod 30GB w/ video playback- $299.99

Winner by a landslide is any IPOD
I'll be getting the 30GB w/video for $299.99 if I have a choice!

I depended on the flow of the chart and the PR to drive the PPS up to where I would make a tidy profit. However, I don't think I'll see my $1.58 PPS any time soon. The current PPS is about equal to what the PPS was before it went way up and came way back down. Seems to be the "normal" price now.

In the theme of "The Contender" which brought the price down .12

"I'm down for the count! .... TKO"

Posted by bullpicks6 on :

I don't want to focus on the 'Mini' being their whole product line...they have plenty other technology products...I'm not really worried that the price hasn't jumped yet, it's really just a matter of time with this one, and if not it's going to stay where it is with minimal losses,
so despite the inexplicable lack of production from this stock, I'm pitching a tent and holding for the long haul

Posted by KillaKmetz on :

Why do people stay in penny stocks for the long haul? I never undersatood that... but anyways, I am out of this guy now, and from its charts and from the PR's I saw, it just isn't a healthy stock. If it ever goes below $.50, I'd be willing to jump in again though....

Good luck to everyone still in it.

Posted this on the "unleash the monster" string: just my 2 cents.

I like KLGE, and based on my limited DD, it looks like a good hold at this price, but can't understand the generally low volume. It would seem to me that with the national exposure it got (even if it was just ESPN2 on a Monday night) that it would garner more interest. Anybody see anything on the L2's?

I guess they are selling these things...

I called the TA this a.m. and was told the OS is just under 64 million. Funny the IR guy keeps telling people it's around 25MM.

I'm disgusted and out. Until they have revenues and are reporting to the SEC they're just another POS.

I'm still looking forward to getting the mini, but took another monster loss believing what an IR guy/CEO said. GLTA

Now looking back, my 20/20 hindsight should have told me to unload this as soon as I saw that Paula Abdul was one of their main sponsers... The Red Flag should have shot up right away once I saw her... Let's just say that Paul ain't quite 'gettin it done' these days.

Posted by CramerDisciple on :

Wow terrible pick im not sure if i should sell with a loss, of hold hoping that with the back order they are starting to make money

Posted by wallymac on :

I guess no one is really paying attention. CEO has stated in an interview on trader nation that there have already been enough sales in Janurary that they surpassed the whole first quarter of last year.

This company only started trading in Jan 2006. about 1 month ago. They are working on financials and everything else. It will take a little time.

I'm as frustrated as anyone is. Especially when I see companies that decide to completely change directions and the price goes up. No new management in place, no equipment, no product just promises.

Before you knock Paula, let's see what the sales number's are? After all she is out front in order to sell the product.

Can someone tell me what the company should do?

The problem is not Paula. Paula is a hot commoditiy(sp) right now with 9-14 year old girls, and 9-14 year old girls DON"T watch the Contender. That was bad marketing using that show. Guys that watch that show DONT buy MP3 players. They need those commercials on UPN and WB shows that kids watch.
Geeezz....what idiot ever thought the Contender would be a good idea should be fired.

Posted by CramerDisciple on :

If they have the money, which im not sure they should market during American Idol time because basically every age group watches it and Paula is on the show

hopefully they are actually selling as many of these things as they say they are and eventually they will post some good financials. That should give us at least enough of a jump to warrant selling this thing.

Posted by Andrew Shaffer on :

Sounds good, but doesn't anyone think smart money would have known this and bought it up prior? BB's are very risky in my opinion. I will be watching with interest though. I mainly trade stocks above 5.00 as a rule of thumb.

Good luck to everyone invested.

I think we need to be patient with this one. Most people are probably thinking that this company is just a fad and will go bankrupt. However, I think otherwise. They have lots of great PR, solid products, and strong reported sales.

We just need some positive financial reports to show that the company is profiting. I would ride through the turbulance; I have a feeling this sucker is headed for greens in the nearing weeks.

I've been having that 'feeling' for a while now...doesn't usually seem to happen wit this one...but I'm still in there hopin
