Everyone join in! Each and every of you, please start at least two-thousand new IBZT threads using a fake name for each thread!
If anyone objects, attack them, call them names, insult them. LIE! LIE! LIE!
If we flood this site with IBZT, if we shout "BUY! BUY! BUY!" at everyone, if we make it impossible to read any thread except an IBZT thread, we will make lots of money pumping and dumping this stock on innocent gullible people!
Nothing rude nor wrong about plastering this site with IBZT threads. Nobody wants to read about any stock except IBZT!
Plaster this site with IBZT threads! Use fake names! Create millions of new IBZT threads so we can sucker these people out their money.
BUY! BUY! IBZT! BUY! BUY! IBZT! BUY! BUY!
TRUST ME! THERE ARE MILLIONS OF IBZT THREADS!
LET THE MONSTER EAT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SO I CAN PROFIT AND YOU CAN BE CHEATED!

GM all.
Just a bit of perspective for any new investors reading in...
Purl's prose is quite good and witty as anything. They never fail to make me smile.
But on the serious side, it wasn't 10 trading days ago that you would find her posts through the PGHI (now GZFX)calling it a paper company. I don't think you can count the PG posts in that sight on one hand since the launch of their new website (which is very good I might add).
Not a bash here. Purl is cool. But for the newly interested IBIZ Corp. investors, follow your due dilligence for your conclusion on this company.
Be well.

Until this holding company, with a recent name change, reports revenues, it remains a paper company. No assets, no cash, no revenue, sudden change of business plan, this is a paper company.
It is a paper company and investors should be alerted to this. When they report revenue, when they report assets and tangibles, then it is something other than a paper company.
IBZT, pffttt... pure pump and dump evidenced by price manipulation and continued dilution for at least the next two months.
IBZT, why do they refuse to release sales figures despite thousands of requests by private investors?
Your answer is what?

Yes Glassman, my comments have nothing to do with potential profits nor any future performance. They could be actively bringing in revenue as we discuss this company.
However, until they file with the SEC showing they are not just a paper company, call them for what they are, a paper only company.
Check me on this, my memory might be wrong, but I recall they don't even have an office, much less furniture; zero tangibles.
This is a company which exists on paper only, for now.

IBZT, enough time has elapsed to establish a historical pattern, at least for the past month or so.
I witness this stock being pumped by what appears to be paid pumpers, I witness a lot of fluff news releases, I witness a lot of intense hyping and I also witness prices being jacked up before the morning bell, a time when most private investors cannot buy nor sell.
A repeating pattern is now established.
Prices are pumped up and common shares are being dumped by IBZT. This results in investors buying at artificially high prices, then watching themselves take a loss as trading time passes.
This is a highly typical strategy of companies, nothing illegal but unethical. Happens each day, it is happening now, with thousands of stocks.
Maybe I am wrong. Chances are I am. Could be IBZT will skyrocket.
For now, all I see is investors losing a lot of money to a pump and dump scheme. That is my opinion and I will stick with my opinion until I witness different events.
Purl Gurl

Yes, latching onto to one stock is a very poor strategy.
Currently in my portfolio, I have twelve stocks. Eight are good winners, four are moderate losers. This is comfortable.
I tend to rotate in and out of stocks fairly quickly, usually not holding my "trading" stocks for more than a week.
PRVH, NWD and CLSI, I will hold long term.
Focusing on one stock, buying into hype, this is not smart. Those IBZT, they should be intra-day trading like crazy. I would not hold IBZT for more than a few hours.
However, I don't bother with tenths of a cent profit margins. I like what Diana calls the "bigs" with big profit margins.

Then why was the high for the day only .0500 and the high at the end of thursday was .04999. Thats a huge differance! Pump baby pump! If thats pumping I give up on what pumping is all about! Bet is $1000.00 no rules .30 take it or leave it! Not being rude either! Just do not think you know who or what I am! I did not make any remarks about you now did I. You attacked me first with your buddy PG! She has called me everything in the book! All lies. Lied about IBIZ and I am not going to set and let her bash anyone she feels like. Nothing was ever aimed at you until you attack me! Matter of fact I thought you were pretty cool! But, look! All I tried to do one night late was do what some people requested and ask people to put all IBZT items under one topic and get rid of the rest! Have it in one central location! Then she even attack that by opening this topic! She attacked a person for just asking a simple ?! This has got to stop! She has attacked many people and she does not care! She thinks their some kind of humor in it! Again no ifs on the bet take it or leave it as is! I feel we can work out all our problems! Let people who what to pump pump. To me that is what BULLS do and bash if you want to bash and that is what BEARS do. But, we do not need to verblely attack other people because they ask a ?! I said nothing about her here and stay away from here! Until today! If you want the bet fine if not lets forget today and act like it did not happen and just quit the stomping on people! Yo Bart Man!!!! Hang tight dude! Have been talking to my buddies at the Hampstead Group in Big D... They must be a bunch of morons like me because in our little group we are 24 and 1 for the last year! There are 529 million shares in play with another 631 million in executed CD with the last 450 million leveraged to the last 1.3 million of dept, of which, at the current price will only require approx 27 million to close out the red books. All this is seen in the SEC filings with the 20-50% rules taken into account. Don't jump on the hype wagon but absolutely do not discount the company. The VKB is a good product but the Blue Dock is the real Mercedes in this book. Syosphere took a mere 30 million shares for the acquisition of the company and that is either the bargain of a life time for Ibiz or they cave seen the financial reconstruction plan.... guess where my money is hehe.. At any rate the restructuring will take a little time and if completed by October then .30 I would say is by far not out of the question. Everyone is looking at the overall O/S shares at 2.1-2.3 billion. O/S shares do tell a lot but it all depends on how those shares are defined. I am in the process of back tracking exactly what all the terms are on the stock, which is quite a task. As I do this I am including my sources so everyone else can take a look at how I got the numbers instead of "Cause I said So!!" hehehe I have looked at a few other stocks a lot of folks are "pumping" and they will be getting a few surprises, but that is none of my business since I do not own them. Dave has picked several outstanding stocks and IBZT is one of them. Not to mention we made a boat load on QBID already. THANK YOU SUPER DAVE! and Purl has made some incredible picks as well, THANK YOU PURL! So saying all that if a butterfly flaps his wings in Tokyo then we will all be millionaires come Monday morning, and if you don't believe me just ask CHAOS! Keep writing people, the only stupid question is one that you do not ask!!!!

Appears you boys will never realize this serious logic error I have tried to lead you to realize.
With IBZT being such a hot stock with great future potential, why are you not simply buying a few million shares and sitting on them? Why all the trading? Why all the hype?
Why is IBZT falling in value?
Strikes me your profits are way down the road, yes? So just buy the stock and sit on it.
Serious flaw in your approach for pumping and dumping this stock.

as far as the bet Bart---if you want a bet on the boards take it--i bet thousands every day with some very smart people who don't waste their lives selling pennies alll day.

I do not confuse "confidence" for a typical pump and dump scheme which provides others with "assurance" of good profits.
Nonetheless, these IBZT "threads" and associated activity, every indicator of a pump and dump scheme is present in those threads, every indicator. This is reinforced by news coming out of IBZT, fluff news, and their adamant refusal to discuss revenues, along with their admission of stock dilution now and in the immediate future.
I am not responsible for all those circumstances pointing directly to a pump and dump scheme. I am, logically, responsible for my opinions which are based on evidence which precisely fits all earmarks of a pump and dump scheme.
Others are responsible for creating those circumstances. That's a risk they take.
Those pumping IBZT are buying and selling like crazy to make a profit. There are those out there losing money, yes?
So, why are people not just buying the shares and sitting on them? This would be logical behavior, yes?
Purl Gurl
Posted by Purl Gurl on :
There are two questions I have asked many times and none have elected to respond.
Why is IBZT refusing to discuss revenues?
Why is this stock being diluted while being pumped?
Pfttt....
A thought, why does IBZT not respond to my email? Is it I ask questions which concern them so much they elect to simply remain silent rather than provide "something" in writing which may come back to bite them, in the future?

Secondly if you haven't-- you should rent Boiler Room the movie--i get these images of that stuff every time i see these threads that are 15 pages long and have little or no real discussion-- I "chat" amd "flirt" yes-- but it is in a personable way--no one was trying to provoke Bart---this thread is not his--we were away from his-- The fact is that i was joking around about the Simpson's --not a far stretch-- I did not think i was being insulting --still don't
2 billion shares times .3$ =600 million dollars--do you really think this is a reasonable market cap for a company that can't even file on time?--excuses or reasons i don't care --it might get there--I hope it does--i love creation and success-i'm not skeptic--but i ty to be realistic--OK?

Neo, their investors relationship people are paid to respond, and it is good business sense to respond being a chance to convince a potential investor to invest, and, in turn, convince others to invest.
I have no problems with receiving responses from other companies who are most likely three times as busy.
IBZT has not responded for almost a month to several of my emails.
Know why? Because I asked them to provide some numbers to back up their claims of high sales of keyboards. I did not ask for customer names nor to divulge any information they consider confidential, and made this clear to them.
I simple asked for an estimate of their actual sales numbers they claim.
Not such a tough question.
I read a lot of excuse making. I do not read any asking the same questions I am asking nor addressing those questions.
Too hot of topics for you boys?

As for bart being a paid pumper, thats about the most silly thing I have ever heard! Just curious as to how exclusive you think this VKB is going to be!!! typing in a google search you find thousands of vkb's notably the senseboard.com (not puplicly traded yet)this has patents and looks to be way more versatile than the one from Ibzt... maybe in the short run ibzt's vkb has an edge but much more advanced products are about to come our way...so keep your eyes and ears open 4 eyes always see more than 2

your list of other companies that can't file on time is not to the point--those companies are not in the same league as IBZT- i made that point earlier --600 million$ market cap is not rational this year for IBZT 2-3, 5 years, i wish them well----are retail stock buyers rational?--some are many aren't--i bet on people-- if you notice on my bet i didn't say IBZT can't break .30 i said specifically that i don't think it will be on or above on Dec 30--it may fly before that-- and i will swoop/fleece it and split/--NO LOL this company may end up on the NASD but they don't have the cards in their hand yet-XM has a their hardware in space --right? That's an impresssive feat--- this PDA thing is huge--i like e'em esp with the flash mem system we now have --they are a perfect replacement for a laptop--if you already have a powerful desktop--laptops do what they do and i don't care for them MY OWN personal tastes here.

Glassman do your DD......... PGHI/GZFX with a $600 million cap by the end of the year? I would say your GP on a product service company is off the rocker so to speak. GP is figured after expenses and market cap is figured on GP. So I will give them the a shot at this. Every customer they have takes the 39.95 plan starting 1 Feb 04. $439.00 per customer per year. 1.4 million customers will support a NP of 600 million. We will assume each and every customer will want 3 different dvd/Games than any one else, so 1.4 million X 3 we get 4.2 million titles at the bargain price of $12 a pop leaves a cost of 50.4 million. Oh wait what if 30% of the customers actually want games released this decade? Ok so 70% of the customers 840,000 X let us say 6 new games a year 5.04 Million games x $12 = 61 million So now we are up to $110 Million in cost, Add another $100 Million in mail, facilities, salary, etc... And then that pesky advertising thing to make the whole thing work, another $50 million easy. $260 Million and I am way light on the required inventory to keep people happy. $600 million market this year would be pure fluff, and yes I do own the stock. Product service companies cost a fortune to run, just ask Blockbuster. Moving on to SONS the cost of manufacturing and advertising to compete against giants like Cisco,,,, enough said. I don't just pull things out of my magic bag, I actually run the numbers through realistic business models. IBZT is not in great shape in my opinion unless they have a dilution revitalization plan. I feel with the acquiring of to companies with very good products, for stock only, shows that those acquired companies know something we do not. In my book that is the gamble, look deep for answers, not in the news. Media is a manipulation tool and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, invest based on media. Anyone can manipulate the media. Also take your profits as it climbs, I have made over $300,000 on IBZT and $200,000 on PGHI and yes I am back in both of them.

Oilman-- i have to admit i'm a little confused about yor post--I have never bashed either stock-- i ask questions to lead some of the other investors to the light-- I feel like you are trying to throw mud in the water here-- IBZT is possible to go to 10.00$ a share tommorrow- any penny is-all it takes is the MM's to work it hard and RISK a considerable sum of money--much more than the #'s you are throwing around like candy to kids at a parade-- i know a little about what it takes to start a biz-- PGHI was not even part of this discussion--and i have not done much DD on them because i am not impressed with the concept in general--i saw the little envelelopes at BEST BUY--not PGHI--at he counter --what 2 years ago--to sign up for mailing DVD rental systems--it didn't even get me to look twice--i don't care about PGHI as a continuing concern and you know as well as i that they raised a lot of capital on ALLSTOCKS to get the biz going --they didn't get mine -- i NEVER buy a share i can't sell in 5 minutes if i have to--thats a burning match your holding there cowboy--LOL --i hope for all of our sake -they are successfull- i will add to this pose- it gets verbose

GP(?)--has nothing to do with MARKET CAP-this refers to the SIZE of a company--simple-- to calculate this you simply multiply the number of shares OUTSTANDING by the price--it change every day-LOL the MARKET CAP is simply what the public believes the company is worth-

OK i posted this story a while back under the micro board-- i am a fan of Aesop--he poked fun at people in a constructive way and had to wade through some pretty turbulent waters to do it- I am changing the dog--his name was Eygore- to a bear of the same name --why not-- it fits good-- LOL-- Eygore was a magnificent Husky with one blue eye and one brwn eye--make that two- BIG LOL-------he was pure bred but he was a little mental probly from living in the wrong climate--got his head baked iduno--
Eygore the bear sits at the water bowl for a couple hours still as a statue. Pretty soon a flock of starlings flys by and it's a hot day. They see the water and they don't see eygore cuz he is still as a statue not even blinking. So the starlings- which by the way are much like flying rats-- they are very sociable and practice many of the same disgraceful behaviours we humans do--including theft- cuckoldry and murder--any way the funny thing about birds is they are not stupid --bird brain is a silly monicker cuz they just aren't dumb- we have to pay to fly-LOL--they just jump--any way this counting thing is important--many birds can count-- geese for instance and also African Grey Parrots--it is still being scientifically established but i have lived with these animals and i know-----now crows can't count either-- how do i know this--my grandad used to take us all crow hunting-- we kids didn't get to hunt but about 8 of us would go into the corn feild --in as a group then soon-- out as a group--five of us would leave--here's why it works- the crows know the difference between some and one but not two or three or four--simple ---OK back to Eygore-he is sitting there and these starlings are now sitting under his feet just a couple of inches away and splashing in the water and havin a hotub party--All of a sudden Eygore snatches one into his mouth and swallows it--- so fast you have to be looking right at him to see it- I was --i could see him do it-- but the starlings?-hhmm he was waiting till all of them were comfortable and picking at each other and fluffing their feathers preening and just plain partying--they would get all flustered for a second cuz they new something had happened i mean they are not stupid --but ina few seconds they settle back down to partying and forget about the fears-- all of a sudden eygore does it again--LOL the same thing happens over and over agian until there is only three birds left-- why three you ask? welll if there are three --each of them sees two-- and on the next bird they realise that some became ONE.................

Hey all, I'm a new poster, but have read almost every thread irt "IBZT" (very amusing I must say!) Anyway, I bought a little stock in here also, b/c this is a product I myself will buy. One thing though, I called customer service at YourMobiledesk.com, and asked why one website says "shipping 2/09/04", and another says "shipping 3/15/04". Her answer was that Ibiz is backlogged, so they set the date back to 3/15 only to be safe. But she also said that YourMobiledesk will most likely start receiving the product much sooner, maybe in the next week or two. She was sincere enough, but I also have to wonder why I have read several other legitimate articles that has the CEO saying they will begin shipping in November, end of December, end of January, mid February, and now mid March! I think this product has tons of potential, but from what I have read, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw another delay. However...I am still as optimistic as Bart, Neo, and everyone else who hopes we make a ton of loot!!!
Respect to all!

Where did you develop this information? Not questioning this at all. Is this a series of company sponsored news? I would like to review this, then draw some conclusions.
If your information is legit, your statements combined with a late 10Q filing, causes me to raise a suspicious Vulcan eyebrow.

Posted by Purl Gurl on :
I should elaborate a bit more.
Somewhere I read IBZT is having problems developing their focus lens, which is where data would travel in and out for the system.
With that assumed true, and these constant delays in shipment, this suggests to me their keyboard is not yet ready for market and might not ever be ready for market.
I have noted IBZT claims a tremendous amount of hard sales already but they refuse to discuss actual sales numbers. Knowing this and now delays in product shipment, a late SEC 10Q filing, how is it they are making sales of a product not yet ready for market?
Perhaps what I read is not quite right?
This is enough to cause even a human to raise a suspicious eyebrow.

HI!
Just to let you all know - Ibiz was featured on Tech TV's "Fresh-Gear" segment TWICE this weekend, is featured in the Science & Technology section of Business Week (Feb 9th ed. - pg. 87) was in IBD twice this week, and mentioned again in tonight's CEOcast newsletter. We KNOW we've got ourselves a winner.
Tonight's CEOcast: iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTCBB: IBZT), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants and hand-held devices, continues to generate growing interest for its Virtual Keyboard for handheld computing devices. The Keyboard projects the image of a full-size keyboard onto a flat surface, making it easy to input text without a physical keyboard. The company will exhibit at CeBIT, a German convention. The convention is the German equivalent of the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas, where the company generated substantial interest in the Keyboard last month. iBIZ will also showcase its FMpocketRADIO, the industry's first FM Radio for the PDA Market. The stock ended the week at $0.048.

More than a decade back, here in Riverside, in a rural area, there was a problem with Opium poppys growing in the wild. Problem was traced to poppy seeds on bread which had not been properly sterilized.
People tossed out bread for birds, probably Glassman's birds, those birds ate the poppy seeds along with the bread. Those seeds passed through the birds, with addition of organic fertilizer, and grew like crazy.
"Aren't they beautiful?" the girl asked, as she breathed in the spicy scent of the bright flowers.
"I suppose so," answered the Scarecrow. "When I have brains, I shall probably like them better."
"If I only had a heart, I should love them," added the Tin Woodman.
"I always did like flowers," said the Lion. "They of seem so helpless and frail. But there are none in the forest so bright as these."

Appears the IBZT pumpers have successfully moved this sarcastic thread into an actual pump thread for IBZT. How ironic.
January 14,
"...the first hour sales were impressive and appear to be a solid barometer of this product's ongoing success."
Is there a single person who has verified this claim by IBZT?
I have asked IBZT a number of times and have yet to receive a response.

NEO Assumed I would not have to explain Enterprise Value VS Market Cap. Market Cap should always be inline with Enterprise Evaluation. Enterprise Evaluation is always figured on GP. And having said that you can find at least 7 ways that I know of to figure Enterprise Evaluation. Those formulas range from 3-5 years. Guess I was not clear on the relation Market Cap should have with GP.

Verified Opiate.
Possibly these shipment date differences are a result of "first come, first serve."
I did discover IBZT claims this device to be about the size of a BIC lighter, although the picture shows it to be very large. I also discovered, hidden in the fine print, a connection cable is required adding to luggage. Battery life is stated at three to four hours indicating true battery life is one to two hours. This also indicates more luggage is needed; a battery charger and a requirement of a power outlet.
Perhaps there will be fine print in their late 10Q, if they elect to file.
Purl Gurl
Posted by Purl Gurl on :
Has anyone inquired about the projection angle?
A BIC lighter stands roughly two inches tall. This would place the projection lens about one point five inches off a desktop.
Basic geometry indicates this "keyboard" will be spatially highly distorted along the lower keys and spacebar region.
If not, this keyboard is significantly smaller than IBZT presents it to be.
What are the chances of knocking over the projector upon reaching for numerical keys?
Is a requirement the projector is to be elevated above the projecion surface?
Anyone check into those items?
I have already commented this keyboard will not be popular with women for very obvious reasons, well, obvious to women.

Posted by Who? on :
I personnally would not plunk down $99 for what appears to be a fascinating novelty. My computer keyboard space is already cluttered and not likely to remain clear enough for a projected keyboard. Also, the advertised battery life is three hours, which means I'd have to also buy an ac adapter. Sure, they'll sell some to the curious, at first...

In business, new systems, products and ideas require intensive planning, with very flexible changes to be made everyday to meet the customers' needs during a rollout.
I was humbled to serve on a team to rollout a company wide claims handling system. The procedures, workflow, analysis and implementation efforts were intensive and yes, chnaging each day. Target dates were sometimes changed, but for good reason. That was to provide employees and customers with the best and most user friendly system possible.
The result here is known: Demand is high. US and Overseas retailers have been and will be in contact with IBIZ to set up sales and distribution agreements. Product will be delievered. How they handle the rollout distribution (Large quanities to everyone vs certain quantities over time to some or all retailers vs another rollout stradegy) matters not. The task is very involved here, but will be a noble one. The market will like the news. Growth in the product line is assured (cell technology and Blue Dock). The market will respond well at this and every step. Increased market demand in the stock and any share buybacks they initial will quiet any concerns about the O/S.
Been a nice weekend here, so til tomorrow. Be well. Bo

ITEM 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS.
Business Development.
IBIZ, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Company"), was incorporated on November 1, 2001. IBIZ Technology Corp. ("IBIZ"), the parent company of the Company, proposes to issue not sooner than the effective date of this registration statement, without consideration non-restricted shares of common stock in the Company pro rata to all shareholders of IBIZ as of September 25, 2003 (the directors, officers, and 10% or greater shareholders ("affiliates") will received restricted shares in the Company) at the ratio of one share of the Company for each 500 shares of IBIZ common stock held as of that date.
Business of the Company.
The Company designs, manufactures (through subcontractors), and distributes its existing and assigned products and licenses and a new line of accessories for the PDA and handheld computer market. These products will be distributed through large retail chain stores and e- commerce sites throughout the United States by IBIZ and worldwide by the Company.
After completion of the spin-off as outlined previously, the Company intends to acquire the Input Device Activities of Endeavour Capital AG in return of shares in the company; this transaction does not, under Nevada law, require the consent of shareholders. This will be accomplished by the issuance by the Company of 11,200,000 shares of common stock to Endeavour Capital AG, in exchange of 100% of the input device license agreements currently owned by Endeavour.
The Company will hold products and licenses for the spin-off operation and introduce to the Programmable Digital Assistant ("PDA") market the virtual laser light keyboard "Light Key". The Light Key is capable of projecting a full size laser keyboard on any flat surface, providing full keyboard capabilities to the PDA and hand held user in any location.
As a complimentary input device Endeavour Capital will introduce its virtual pen, the E-Pen, capable of storing and sending any hand writing or written-on-paper image to a PDA, hand held or any computer, as a very high resolution image.
The license of Light Key will provide the Company the worldwide rights to manufacture and market a virtual keyboard developed by Endeavour based on licensed technology by VKB Inc. by transferring of the license, and the developed product from Endeavour. The Light Key will be an accessory product to appliances such as PDA's, hand-held, cell-phones, laptops, etc and will provide the Company a unique product for world-wide distribution. This license is for an indefinite period and enables the Company to develop its own intellectual properties in design and engineering for its exclusive products without the need to invest massive capital for "core technology" development. Through Edeavour, the Company plans to enhance the Light-Key product line by adding complimentary technologies, and product enhancement.
The license of E-Pen will provide the Company an exclusive worldwide rights to manufacture and market an electronic pen developed by In Motion E-Pen Inc. as an accessory to appliances such as PDA's, hand-held, cell-phones, laptops, etc. This license is for an indefinite period and enables the Company to develop its own intellectual properties in design and engineering including the core technology. Endeavour Capital currently operates In Motion E-Pen Inc. under a special operating agreement. ___________________ Glass, listen to Ken Shilling's interview of last month as well. Be well. Bo
