The Speaker of the house stands in line directly behind the vice president to become president in case of that need and their travel aboard airforce planes isn't a matter of choice, but is required. They do that to make it that much more difficult for some enemy to wipe out the president, vice president and then the Speaker, leaving us with no one to make the decisions necessary for the Nation to even exists. The plane the Speaker has and its availability whenever it is needed for the Speaker's use is no less important than is the one that carries the President or the one that carries the Vice President.
But some jerkoff far right-wing propaganda fool like you, who is too biased and ignorant to know the facts or to bother to check them out post some idiotic asinine assertion that the Speaker is abusing the airforce. The Speaker hasn't the option to travel otherwise, just as the Vice President and the President do not. It isn't a choice they make and having the Speaker's plane ready is exactly the same responsibility for the airforce as it is for them to have Air Force One ready whenever the President travels.

No, he may be young, but he's committed this same lie at least once before and has had it explained to him before.
The Airforce is not responding to a request for a perk when the Speaker of the House calls for a plane. It is not a courtesy that privileged Congressmen or Congresswomenomen have (though the Airforce does respond often to such request), when that request is from the Speaker of the House, but a requirement of duty placed on the Airforce in order to protect acendency to the Presidency of the United states. The travel arrangements furnished to the Speaker is not on an "as available if there is room" basis, it is a duty the Airforce is assigned.
Neither the President, the Vice President, nor the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States is allowed the freedom to choose their mode of travel and that is done in order to provide security to them should there suddenly be an attack or dome horrible accident, so as to increase the chance that there will not be a time that no person is in position to make the decisions that the Constitution specifically designates to the President.
Making light of or lying about the need to protect that ascendancy or the necessity of assigning the responsibility of providing safe transportation to the Airforce for those in line and using it for some childish bitter political purpose is the worst sort of irresponsible unpatriotic selfishness!!!
