Go to Start/Run and type or paste the command:
winipcfg
That will bring up a screen with your computers IP values. If your connecting to the Internet through a Internet Service Provider ( ISP ) with a dial up connection your IP address will most likely be
different most every time you connect. This is called a Dynamic IP Address and is automatically assigned by your ISP each time you log on to their network.
