I guess I had a stock in some company that decided to pay a 1 to 1 dividend with Thomas Pharmaceuticals stock....what comapny did that? Anyone? I now have a bunch of non-tradeable shares in this Pharm company..what the hell can I do with it?..any info is greatly appreciated.

The stock is probably restricted for 1 to 2 years. then you can trade it.

Remebered it was from holding some IVOI stock....but that's all I know about it....thanks eddy for the quick response.

Frank, join the club. I got a bunch of worthless shares of a bunch of companies.
Were you around when BKMP gave out AMZN divy? Was suppose to be restricted until Dec '06, but of course it wasn't and it's still not. I won't even begin to name the others I have.

Well I dunno about anybody else, but I sold my shares of Thomas Pharmaceuticals (TPHM.PK) for a nice profit today. They are definitely not restricted shares.
