I would like to know where to get the last updated numbers on a company's share structure, oustanding shares and float.

nasdaq.com has most of that,

IMO? float numbers are always estimates tho....

Call the transfer agent, especially if you are dealing with pinks...PinkSheets will generally have the current T/A listed under the company profile section...If you run into a situation where the T/A listed is no longer representing the company you are researching, the old T/A will usually be able to tell you who the new one is...GLTY

I noticed Bloomberg has more info available than NASDAQ on penny stocks, how accurate is their info?

on Pinks / BB not very from the few times I have double checked in the past with a T/A. Best to call them as suggested.
