I have a bunch of loser penny stocks that are coming up on 1 year holds, so I need to sell some of them to offset some short-term capital gains.
Some of you know about the "Jo effect" where as soon as I sell a stock, it immediately goes up. So, I thought I'd have some fun with it and get votes on which ones I should sell. I would like someone to benefit from the "Jo effect", so I'd like to sell the ones that some of you still hold.
The choices are as follows. Hit the Poll button to vote.
CBAY - currently .0035 PAVC - currently .42 RSHN - currently .0006 SLJB - currently .0155 SEVI - currently .0011 UPZS - currently .045 XKEM - currently .0207
Also, if anyone knows any compelling reasons to continue to hold any of these, please alert me. Thanks, Jo

Jo, I assume you just have the 100 shares of PAVC, right? If so, that wouldn't be a loss, would it? Or do you have more than that for some reason?

Oh geez... I'd probably keep an eye on the price the next few days, and the first time you hear about someone getting their restriction lifted, bail then. It's been going up lately for some reason, but once the restricted shares hit the market, it'll be ugly. IMO, of course.

Why'd you sell that one Jo? It's still been going up. You shoulda held until restricted shares started hitting the market.

thanks Jo. was thinking .024 pretty easy for xkem. just a lil patience. sevi is scary enough imo good riddance, sljb may surprise you back to .02 to .024 ~ good riddance to that one too. guess who might shake something ~ xlpi ~ just finished their hearing and was given a chance to pay up and move forward (within 120 days) or walk the plank. not sure if you still have any of that or not. see what they can do with no money and no employees getting paid. i threw a little in today for the gamble ~ most likely will watch it rot. may make for a couple flips along the way. cheers
