Depends what you mean by better...

Pink sheets are better for the company because they can claim to have colonized the moon, but since they don't have to file, they never have to prove it!

But obviously OTCBB are "better" to DD, since actual info exists.

I guess I meant a buyer being more comfortable buying a stock in either one

Also, what does it mean if a Pink moves to the OTCBB? What benefit is it to them?
Thanks

means you'll be thought of as less a scam but a scam nonetheless...

I've traded off and on for years. Just curious about a company I am interested buying as to why they would go from the Pinks to OTCBB. Thanks for the responses you guys...

Mach - feel sorry for the legit companies that have to be on those boards. The stock symbol is AGWS

Yes i feel sorry for the legit ones on those boards but if they work hard enough they can move up to Nasdaq or the others... but anyways as for AGWS I couldn't find any info on them so i would becareful with them but i looked at the chart and only advice I can offer is to consider buying it if it crosses RSI 50 and stays above it because that seems to be a Resistance for this stock at the present time...

Thanks Mach--they do have a website with all the info
http://www.agsincorporated.com/index.shtml

I have some here but was going to get more--the pink to the otcbb perked my interest again...
I feel it is a safe long---but I will wait and watch it

You peaked my interest in this one but try to find independent impartial information on this company... i rarely if ever believe anything on a penny stock company's own sites... unless there is independent verification of what they state... but other then that I do like the chart but only if and when it crosses RSI 50 for maybe a long term position but definetly for short term hit and runs....

I hear you--and I am impartial. Have nothing to do with this--just came across it a few months ago. Being cautious myself...just one of millions out there.
Nothing more turns me off more than someone who 'promotes' a stock--I run every time-lol
