It's a bit different than a simple group play though. This guy was stealing others identities and opening accounts with their money.

you guys are not reading it right... it says he can get "UP" to 10 years.. does not mean he will get 10 years... he can get 3 years or whatever number up to 10... and if he gets 10 he can get out in 2 like Michael Milken did in the late 80's...
