I am new to the Pinks. Question? I bought a stock and immediately put in a sell. I bought it again and put in another sell. Today the 2nd purchase was sold. Both purchases were for the same qty. Verified by my Ameritrade details on order status page. 2nd question. Level 2 on the above stock showed 100mm asked at my price. I did not sell my first lot until the volume was over 100mm and some stock sold at a higher asked before the 100mm was exhausted. Are these normal Pink Sheet practices?

Can you explain that differently, I'd like to help but have no idea what you just said.

are you using limit orders? My guess is your broker was simply able to get a higher price on the 2nd sell.

Bought 2/26 and entered sell 2/26.
Bought 2/27 and entered sell 2/27.

Both transactions were for the same qty and were limit orders.

The 2/26th transaction is still open.

i'm guessing he is hedging..buying both a long and selling short at same time but that's not possible because we are unable to sell short... if that is what he meant then he is not aware that you can't sell short pink sheets.... [Confused]

Aren't Pink Sheet transactions time stamped so that they are filled in an orderly fashion?
