I am new to this how can you tell bye volume or sell volume?

The answer to your question is you can't unless you have time and sale...but a green volume bar on the chart indicates the days trading was dominated by buying pressure...and visa vera for a red selling day. Learn about volume patterns as well.

If I can give you the best piece of advice in the world....PLEASE DONT TRADE STOCKS UNDER $4. Its not worth it at all. You will not profit. They will wipe your account out very quickly. I bet only a handful of members make money on this board. Trade NYSE and Nasdaq!
