stockfetcher has all criteria but it doesn't have all the symbols in its database

smallcapcenter has all the symbols but when I can for stocks with rsi oversold most of the stocks I get don't even have an rsi under 30

Anyone know of a scanner that has all otcbb symbols in their database and you can scan for ones with an rsi(14) below 30 and scan for macd crosses, etc.?

I've never had problems with smallcapcenter's one.... but then again I never look for stocks with under 30 RSI... no need to...
