It has to do with them filing late. Or filing something wrong. I know when they correct it the E will be dropped. . By the way I have always loved you from afar.

The E may signify error indicating work to be performed.

The "E" indicates a late filing. If their quarterly (10Q) was due, say, tomorrow but it wasn't ready for whatever reason, they'd file a NT 10-Q notifying the SEC that their quarterly wasn't ready. After a period of time, I believe it's 30 days, they would get an "E" tagged onto the end of their symbol if they still haven't filed. The "E" would remain until they filed.
