Sometimes you get inacurate quotes the first time. If it seems screwed up just reinsert your symbol. It'll get it right after second or third try.
I use that link all the time!

If you use ChoiceTrade and do at least 25 trades a month, you get theirs free. At least I think they do. I am going to sweitch to them, just haven't yet.

The FREE ALL Stocks Level II feed from the link above has 20 minute delay.....notice the "Real-Time " click on the top left of the feed.
This is provided by MicroCap Feed which if you go to their website, charge for their "real-time" Level II feeds.
This free service at Allstocks is good, but it is 20 minutes delayed, and in case of heavy penny stock trading.....it can be a bit if a drawback ( you would be in the dark for 20 minutes not knowing the actual "Bid" and "Ask" pricing that is essential to successful penny stock investing.)
If you are the "buy and hold" type of invester....no matter.

Like 10of13 said, make sure you have Java installed, enabled, and updated. If you still can't open it and you should get it, then check for viruses. FYI AVG is a great free anti-virus application from Grisoft. You can get it here.
