Because the "party daze" from earlier in the year are over, risk management now becomes critical. Risk management not only applies to your entry/exit point but also to percentage capital risked per position. Accordingly, you may find yourself wanting to ask more questions before taking a position...
This is fine and healthy. Mission #1 is to protect capital...
As always, catching a day-runner allows little time for questions/DD...if you're not comfortable making a decision--and living with the results--literally in SECONDS...then these are not plays for you...
Now, back to slower plays. This *is* a good time to cast your net, see what might be good, look at filings...and ASK questions.
However, somewhere along the line? You may be met with this:
"Why are you asking so many questions? Why are you bashing this? How many shares do you have?"
lol, it's kinda like explaining to children about inappropriate touching...
Get this, clearly: You do NOT need to own/have owned or otherwise contemplate a position to discuss any stock in any thread at any time...
Those who try to intimidate you with such tactics are bullies, at best....
We don't cotton to bullies...

"...children about inappropriate touching...."
Hmm, this might explain why my hands were slapped so many times when I was a kid.
Funny, today inappropriate touching is appropriate!
I support Tex on this, both inappropriate touching and his thoughts on stock discussions.
Want to read how Tex and I operate as team? Go over to the RSPG thread in hot stocks.
Tex and me often disagree. Nonetheless between the two of us and with the help of other friends, we talk our way through stocks and usually end up making appropriate profits, while engaging in inappropriate touching.
All readers, newbie are not, are urged to join in on discussions. None of us will laugh, none of us will make fun of you. We will be supportive and offer good reason behind our opinions.
A few outsiders might attack you, might insult you, but we will be right there backing you up.
Discussion of stocks is the most important learning tool available to you. Equally as important is for you to join in on discussion. Doing so, joining discussions, will reinforce what you learn and will teach all readers new knowledge.
We consider your opinions important, always.
Hey, Tex, gonna be another hot day. You know our daughter and me will be skinny dipping this afternoon. Want me to turn on the pool cam for you?
