is there a limit to the number of times u can buy and sell a single stock on the same day or week or anything?

in short, if you have more then 25 Grand in your account .... no, otherwise yes 4 times for a round trip (buy/sell same day) in any 5 day trading period per SEC in order to hinder the little guy.
