hello, first off im new to the board so hello to all. Now I am trying to find an online broker for penny stocks for Canadians. I have contacted questtrade as I have seen a few recoommendations for it but they told me that stocks that are not traded on the exchange will cost $25 instead of thier $10 fee. Is this with everyone. And how do I know if a stock is not traded on an exchange? I also tried to contact Ameritrade Canada however they do not take any new accounts becuase of the take over with TD. So now the trades are expensive.
