I am considering a law suit against Etrade because I have wasted about 25-40 hours of time waiting for them to pick up the phone. I have been trying to get a rule 144 form filled out with etrade since about Jan. and everytime I think they have it I call back and they don't. I have tried faxing them countless times the form and nothing has happened. I should have been out of the restricted stock by now and have been tradeing with the money I would have had. Also I don't like the customer service that they have you wait about 1 hour then talk to an associate then go back on hold for another hour and wait for an actual broker to talk to you I think that is BS and am going to get a lawsuit just wondering what this board thinks TIA
