those all look like (A) for Acquired to me.. correct me if im wrong???

well the meeting to do the "vote" is 4/11/06 they are hoping to increase a/s from 170mil to 3.5bil and do a r/s "ranging from 1:10 upto 1:100"

what does note (5) mean? did they pay for it, or were they given it... sorry im learning here [Smile]

Matto they where bought....

Securities Acquired (A) or Disposed of (D)

In section #4 you see that everything is marked with an A meaning the shares where acquired (bought)

Yeah Matto, I hollered at Keith and Lil today that a sh!t load of inside buys on that stock today. Tried to get in at the close, but missed. Looking for entry tomorrow.

You do know that those buys have already happened, like a week ago. It's just confirmation. But people will buy on the knowledge of it. Wasn't there like a 7mil buy?
