Does anyone know were to find the TRIN and TRIX, I know CNBC will scroll it every so often but I dont have access to a TV at work

Oops I feel like an idiot I meant the TICK and the TRIN, how do I find out what they are at during the day. I always hear "you want the TICK high and the TRIN under 1.0" (may have that backwards), anyway were do you get that. I dont see it on charts unless its called something else.
