Hey all you business owners out there, help me out!!!
I am thinkin about starting up my on lawn care service, and dont know the legal ropes about starting a small business.
For the first 6 months or so, its gonna be me and one other guy, so do I need a Tax Id or any other things completed before I start.
I wanna just go out and buy a few mowers and go to work, but I have a feeling its not that easy...any info on this will be much appreciated!!

Big Pay Out, I own and operate a full service landscaping business. I'm sure I can help you out. You need a tax id number for materials if you do landscaping; only material resold to customers for jobs. Liabilty insurance is a very big deal. I would suggest at least a 1 million coverage with a 2 mill umbrella. No, its not easy to run a business, much less start a company. Shoot me a PM.
