Mods, please move this to where it should go, but I'm sure some people have tax questions they would like to share with the seasoned pros. I know that I have a few. Maybe we can sticky it and have it a running FAQ now that it's tax time.

So my first question is on the Wash sales rule:

I know I can't claim a loss on something sold and rebought within 31 days, but do I have to put it on my profit/loss form when I file?
