This may be a stupid question, but since I am new, I hope I can get away with it.

In the posts, I've seen the term L2 a lot. What does L2 mean?????

When you look at your streamer or the various charts around, that's "Level I" info: the current pps, the highs, lows, block sizes, etc. Among other things, most valuable for "runners' or "day trading," so to speak, are the lineups of the various Market Makers, showing where they are on bid v ask. This gives you an idea of the relative ease or difficulty in making/sustaining a run. Google it...look at some pictures...it's fairly self-explanatory once you "see it."
