Unscrupulous speculators

have found ways to short stocks and then manipulate companies stock prices lower by continuously attacking the companies on Internet financial chat boards, websites, and through other highly illegal and unethical means. Agents for competitors or shareholders of competing companies’ stocks may also make these attacks for obvious reasons. The bloggers and bashers spend their days, nights, and weekends, viciously attacking the companies they short with continuous false disparaging chat board posts about the companies, their management, employees, products and investors. Some of these shorting syndicates and other bashing groups are well organized, but all have one goal in mind, posting defamatory negative false or distorted information in an effort to severely damage a company’s reputation and stock price. Some bashers also utilize so-called “watchdog” websites to attack companies, but only after alerting their subscribers that they are going to issue a negative report about a targeted company. This gives their subscribers the opportunity to get a solid short position before the attack begins, thus creating additional short or negative pressure on a stock. These activities constitute securities fraud.

Not saying that it doesn't happen but I find that there are a lot more people in the pinksheet market that are getting shares from the company to promote the company. To find potential new shareholders and get them to invest. Once you manipulate new investor then you can feed them the information to get them to pump it for you. There is a lot more manipulation by these paid promoters then there ever was from paid bashers. You can see when the p&d is on to. Especially with these paid website to promote the stocks. They usually sent these people to the boards when they are offering these new scam promotions of restricted shares, f/s (right after a r/s usually), split off part of the company to a otcbb with dividends (example ICAN),telling the shareholders the are getting ready to start reporting and going to a higher exchange (biggest scam statement). And while hiding the o/s claiming a naked short. All these scams usually has paid promoters going to the boards pushing this crap as gold mines.

Oh I forgot about buybacks. Thats the pinksheets dilution rally cry. Anyone that believes a pinksheet isn't scamming you with the buyback dosen't know this market. Just ask those in QBID, ICAN, PRRM, CMKX, and so many more. Show me one pinksheet that claimed a baackback and didn't end up with more shares.
