I have noticed in the Level II charts for OTC and some NASDAQ Stocks that the MM bid/ask volumes are quoted as "50" across the board. Does this mean that the MM bid/ask volume is 5,000 or does the "50" indicate something else?

On OTC that is usualy the watch you will see is 50 for 5000 shares. Which actually is not a correct amount of shares vs. nasdaq(just for example).

I have got fills for 2,000,000 share fills on some OTCs on a 5000 share block

Occasionally you will see 50k and 999k blocks on the level 2s.

So it all depends on the particular stock how many shares are bought and sold of that 50

I hope that this helps some , it is hard to try to explain a level 2 for OTCS.
