They mean you can download the software for free (if you dont mind the advertisements) and integrate it with your brokerage.. they have a list of brokerages that accept Quotetracker.. if the advertisements bother you can buy the version that doesnt include that..

Yes, Mach, I know they are free but that I would have to put up with ads. My problem was finding where the L2s (free) on that site. In other words, how do I get to them once I am on the site.

Wallace, ECN Level II is free in QuoteTracker - right click on a symbol or chart, select LEVEL II. on the Level II window, Select either INET/ISLAND or Archipelago Streaming as the data source.
Full NASDAQ Level II is supported, but not free unless you use your broker as the datafeed and they give it to you as part of their offering.
