I have a question or two, hope the board can help me out...

I have seen many posts mentioning Level 2...

Question 1:
What is this and can someone explain what the below info means?

Volume: 102 mln of which 88 mln were traded at 0,0001 BID X ASK 0,0001 (8 mm) X 0,0002 (15 mm)

Question 2:
Can someone explain what dilution of the stock is and how it effects the share price?

I am new to investing all this stuff is a bit confusing..
