I'm sure you probably had this
question before, but I ouldn't find
the answer. Which level two one is for the buy and which is for the sell or am I reading this all wrong??
What I mean is Lets say I want to buy
Iceweb tommorow, Which side of level II
would I look at the bid or ask to get my best price?

Help, I need delayed level IIs - anybody got good links, the one I have firewall is blocking.
